We were able to check in quickly even though we arrived late into the night our first night. The staff were all friendly and the housekeeping lady was sweet. My two complaints were that the ice machine on our floor didn't have any type of water dispenser and the fridge in our room had a big of chunk of ice in the freezer that would drip on to things you tried to put in the door. Breakfast only goes until 9am, so I ended up missing it every morning. The room we stayed in was clean, and for the price we got I would definitely stay again.

I walked into the lobby to a musty smell, much like a dirty aquarium. The host finally found my reservation after a few minutes of searching. He gave me my room key and I headed up to my room. The maid hadn’t finished cleaning my room from the previous night. That’s ok I had a meeting to attend. After I got back to the hotel, I was able to get into my room. Later that night there was a fight in one of the rooms above me. I woke to shouting, screaming, and crying. Then furniture was thrown across the room. That was great. The next day I left the building using the stairwell. It has security cameras, but the access control is non existent, anyone could just walk right in and go up to any floor. There was a cockroach on by bathroom wall at one point and a beetle ran across the floor at the same time. The tv was horrible to navigate. When I was checking out the guy at the front desk took a moment to look up as if I was bothering him. All in all it was a below average experience.

I don't think we would stay here again. We stayed because it had an indoor pool but the water was cold, dirty towels laying around (one in the pool) and no fresh towels on the rack. The sheets and towels in the room had stains on them as did the mattress and the hand towels were very old and worn. We asked for a few more pillows because there were none for the sleeper sofa. We were denied and told there were enough on the king size bed to accommodate. The sleeper sofa mattress is like the one grandma used to have on hers 40 years ago. Only 2 luggage carts for this 6 story hotel. They could do better.
