March madness get away

Great Ladies Weekend!

This was a great place to stay for a ladies weekend. Plenty of room for five of us to spread out and be comfortable. I loved the path down the block. I was able to run and walk on it during our stay.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Raleigh.

We will stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Patio Pad! We were visiting family and this location was perfect. It lived up to all the previous reviews. Incredibly clean and in a convenient location. As promised the neighborhood is nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors that will say hello. The entire place was equipped with any anticipated need. Debra’s thoughtfulness is apparent throughout the home. Things like a welcome kit with waters, enough trash bags for your stay and hotel quantity shampoo/body wash really made it the best Vrbo experience. We will stay here again!

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, nice location and the property manager was always in touch and making sure everything was going well. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place to Stay

My family and I came to Raleigh to do a surprise event for my nine-year-old grandson and we stayed at the patio pad. This was the perfect quaint little home. It had a beautiful back outside covered patio. The house was very nice. Everything was up-to-date. we had everything that we needed there the only thing we had to go get groceries. Debra was very sweet very informative. She was even nice enough to let us check in three hours early. Deborah went above and beyond as far as communication in any questions that we had she was really great. It was a very easy process to get in the home. The neighbors in the neighborhood was nice and it was a great central location because we were like 5 to 15 minutes away from anything and everything we needed to go to. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. And when we come back to Raleigh, we will definitely be back again.

Cute, Well Maintained, Excellent Communication

The house is a charming house that looks like it was recently renovated and is well maintained. The communication with the property manager was amazing and they keep the house well stocked. I hesitate to tell people how nice the house is as we plan on using it a lot when we need to be in Raleigh.

this was a sibling/dad get away to spend quality time together, the host Deb was great, location is great, there were great amenities and more, it's called the Patio Pad for a reason, this is where we spent the majority of our time, everything was great here!!

Cute, Clean, and Quiet

Highly recommend this place. It’s adorable, well-appointed, and tucked away. It’s an older home so there are some creaks and squeaks but nothing crazy. The patio is beautiful and peaceful and the extra half bath out back is great! Toilet seats are heated (AMAZING), and the owner is super helpful and responsive.

Exactly what we needed!

This was a great rental in a wonderful location. There was just two of us, but there is plenty of room for an entire family! There is a spacious yard, easy parking in the driveway, a small desk to get some work done, and TVs in every room so we could have privacy whenever needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location for us was great. The fenced backyard was nice for our dog. We did not spend a lot of time at the house as we were visiting family in Raleigh. The little touches such as a bag of ice, dog towels and bowls were a nice touch. There was also baby supplies, which we did not need but is a very sweet touch. The home was clean. We had a nice stay.
