We had a great stay overall! The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. What really stood out was the excellent customer service the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They even had fun Halloween events going on, which added a festive and enjoyable touch. We loved that! The only thing we would have changed is getting a larger room, but aside from that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely consider staying again!

The room was nicely decorated and clean. Our floor was quiet and we slept really well. We especially found the bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a handy safe and a convenient place to set down our suitcases. What we didn’t like was we couldn’t raise the a/c higher than 73 degrees. Also, the shower door was poorly designed causing it to leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor, soaking the bath mat. The clock was set to the wrong time and the knob to adjust it was broken off. The staff were super nice and greeted us each time we came in and out. The hotel itself was in a great location and reasonably priced.

It says they offer airport transfers but only when convenient for them. They block out certain hours “for clients that rebook and have huge contracts with us”. Sooo, don’t expect any service when their big clients need them. False advertising and rude!
