I literally have NO WORDS - BUT also MANY WORDS to ensure NO ONE ELSE makes the mistake that we did booking this accommodation. For context this is our 4th year snowbirding by spending the winter in the DR rather than staying in the UK because my wife has a chronic health condition which, over the years made us plan to winter abroad once our children were independent.If there was a minus I would award that. Our stuff was stolen by the cleaners provided. Management did nothing. Instead told us they had no proof even though we had a receipt as we bought the gadgets at the airport the day we arrived. And no one else had access to the apartment. We had a total of 5 days with no hot water - spread over 2 occasions. We have never been more disrespected on our extensive experience of travelling, EVER. If there were minus stars we would rate this place that. Utterly overrated and NOT WORTH THE EFFORT OR MONEY. If you do choose to go, we wish you all the luck in the world. As we returned to the DR ahead of our previously booked time, decided to try Cap Cana. A wholesome mistake. Never again. A waste of 2 months. BUT happily back in Casa de Campo. People - don't do it. All fluff. Zero support or empathy. DO NOT DO IT!
