All though it states adult only resort it is not there is only one pool on the whole resort dedicated to adults. They also state they have 11 restaurants but only one does not need reservations. It is super difficult to even get a reservation for any of the restaurants. Food was not the best. Check in and check out were easy

Well first off we booked the honeymoon suite which includes a jacuzzi, well the jacuzzi didnt work instead it almost flooded the whole room our butler wasn’t willing to do nothing about it besides sending someone to clean it and letting us know we wouldn’t be able to use it , That was until I showed him some character and frustration that we got moved to another room and offered a lobster for dinner also , we had the ladies that clean come in the room at the most random time in one one of the ladies came in like at 7am when I was laying in the bed without any type of clothes she didn’t knock or anything and we didn’t have a sign to get the room serviced in the door either which was uncomfortable besides that pool very nice , beach pretty clean , Food a solid 7/10 for a foreigner probably a 4/10 But yea the staff and management were a good headache

I went to the same resort, but in Jamaica, the people were just way nicer and I also had a butler at both locations. Literally, Night and Day from Jamaica Butler service was not worth paying for it in Punta Cana. Also I booked a ride to and from the airport through Expedia the ride from the airport never showed up and it cost me another $40 however they did pick me up on the way back to the airport but I’m still out of $40 also I paid for a check bag ahead of time on the way back to Chicago get to the airport. They can’t find it even though the money is gone out of my account so I had to spend another $59 also any activities that they had planned nothing started on time or it didn’t start at all. We’re out waiting for a barbecue to start that never happened. Horrible trip. I’m never going back there.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and family, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The service and accommodations were excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Smelin, the Property Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the thoughtful welcome amenity prepared in our room was a wonderful touch that made the occasion even more special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The buffet offerings were outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options available each day. One area that could use some improvement is a few of the à la carte restaurants. While the service was good, some menu items did not quite meet the expectations set by the overall quality of the resort. We stayed in the adults-only Hideaway section of the hotel, which was a major highlight. The exclusive atmosphere, added privacy, and premium liquor selections made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable.
