I was treated absolutely awfully upon my check-in. They said I didn’t have a booking. I had to wait for one hour at such a late hour of the night when I was so tired and just wanted to get to my room. An Expedia chat worker had to call the resort several times to get me to my room eventually.
Since my time here I have been gouged. They keep adding extra costs onto every time I order food or drinks. They make mistakes on my bill and try to add extra costs on. The service has been terrible and the drinks are awful. I am definitely not happy and I really wish I did not pick this property And I didn’t even get the property that I actually chose.
I’m hoping you can look into what you can do because I have a lot of extra charges now with being here and the staff just ignores me and they don’t really speak English very well.
