Had an amazing experience for my friend’s 50th birthday! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location. We spent almost all our time in the private pool and on the patio. Fanny and Rodrigo were incredible chefs and so kind, and Daniel the VRBO host was super quick and responsive. Go eat at Joe Jack’s, a 10 minute walk and delicious. Highly recommend!

Issues with upkeep and linens

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the views were spectacular. Just a few suggestions - some of the king-size mattresses are deep mattresses, however the fitted sheets are not made for deep mattresses and it is very annoying to fight all night long to try to keep the fitted sheet on the bed. Some of the towels were torn and had holes. The kitchen sink does not drain well and several of the cabinet pulls were falling off. Also, the kitchen faucet is not attached properly. The floors stayed pretty sandy. Also check the calendar of the beach club just across the street, they had a New Year’s weekend closeout dance beach party, which we could FEEL thumping in our veins from noon until 10:00 PM. Not late, but we had no idea when it was going to end & no one could tell us.

Love listening to the waves

The location and openness of the condo is fantastic. We slept with the bedroom slider open and woke to hear the noise of the waves in the morning. A very relaxing place to sit and listen to the waves and watch the ocean. Pool was great and well maintained during our visit. Daily housekeeping is nice and unusual for a VRBO. But there were a few problems. A maintenance man needs to spend the day doing minor repairs. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor and the icemaker didn’t work despite two attempts to have it fixed. The deck chairs did not have cushions so were not usable. Although it was nice having the entire condo open to the front there’s also a side area without a wall that overlooks a lower unit’s pool. Anytime people were in it, it sounded like they were in our living room having a conversation.

Good Location and Views for Zona Romantica

This particular unit in the condo building was very nice, good layout and clean. The building and unit is a bit dated and could use a facelift. It appears the entire building is a vacation rental building, so the check-in process is like checking in to a hotel. Guests should be aware that the living area is entirely open to the elements. The bedrooms are suites and have sliding doors separating them from the outside. The area was a bit loud (very loud ocean waves) and the sliding doors are not very good at dampening the noise level. We had a terrific chef, Lulu! We cannot praise her enough...she was wonderful! The weather was actually cold and there was no way to heat the bedrooms, nor were we provided blankets, which was a bit of a bummer and made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The little pool is heated, but be aware there is an extra charge for the heater. I had requested transport from the airport to the building, but the pick-up was never confirmed and I could not find the driver. Overall, I do recommend this location and unit, even if it was a bit over-priced for the New Year holiday.

Amazing property

Came here with my family for a week to meet other friends vacationing in PV. Had a fantastic time and everyone enjoyed this suite, especially our private pool. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay and we are looking forward to coming back again already!

The condo was top notch! The staff including Benji (Chef) and Nadia (Housekeeper) made our stay very comfortable. We felt very at home while there. The location is perfect and we will ensure that we book again in the future. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable!
