En general, todo fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Sin embargo, la habitación no cumplió con lo esperado ni con lo que se mostraba en las fotos de la página. Room was not clean and service wasn’t as good as other NH hotels. We asked for an iron Saturday evening and did not get one until Monday morning after asking multiple times. No coffee or micro wave at the room.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Mais les petits-déjeuners, quand des bus de voyage organisé ont rempli l'hôtel, sont très désagréables pour qui cherche un peu de calme le matin. Il arrive que les chambres soient faites un peu tard en après-midi, voire passé 18:00, ce qui limite l'accès pour la sieste.

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

Pésima experiencia. Llegué ya noche al hotel casi 11 pm. Me entregaron un cuarto. Mi reserva era de dos camas camas que estaba llena de pelos , sábanas sucias. Hablé a recepción y mandaron a seguridad a checar con un rodillo de quitar pelos. Le dije que si era una broma !!! . Yo le dije que no iba a dormir con mi hija ahí . No les quedó más opción que darme otro cuarto. Ya cansada nos pasamos al otro cuarto. No me pidieron disculpas de recepción o alguien hablaría conmigo como el gerente o algo . Baños sucios llenos de moho, pelos , la tina sucia. Muy mal todo no es como en las fotos la verdad evítense de ir. La alberca sucia y no estaba en servicio. El peor hotel que me he quedado en Puebla .
