H Santiago is located 1/2 block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Plenty of shopping options and affordable eateries - some of the restaurants in this area are pricey. Staff are attentive and certainly keep the areas and room clean.

Basic hotel in a great location just steps to the Zocalo. The rooms do not have good soundproofing so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. No air conditioning but did have a floor fan that was adequate.

Unfortunately very noisy, disco music playing outside till after midnight, garbage trucks, motorbikes, and inside hotel slamming doors, thin walls means you hear TV next room.
