Esta casa es una propiedad ideal para una familia o un grupo grande con sus tres dormitorios principales separados y baño privado. La cocina y el comedor son amplias y bien surtido. Hay un montón de juegos y libros para los niños y adultos. Excelente ubicación en una calle tranquila con el hermoso campo de golf en la parte de atrás.

Hay un hermoso sendero para caminar a lo largo del campo de golf hasta el centro comercial Princeville, el área de juegos del parque Princeville e incluso hasta la calle St. Hotel Regis para acceso a la playa.

30th birthday blast!

The property manager was SO accommodating! And there were boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the garage! An added bonus :) perfect location, we walked to queens bath! A highlight on our trip!

Relaxing in paradise

Our stay here was just incredible. The home was spacious and had everything we needed from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen, etc. Each bedroom had a beautiful sliding glass door to a patio. I was awakened several mornings by ne ne geese trying to peek in our bedroom door! Absolutely paradise. Great communication with the management regarding a few questions . Thank you for sharing your space with us.

GREAT PLACE IN QUIET PRINCEVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. Just outside is a former golf course that isn't being used......great view. Nice kitchen...and spacious bedrooms with roomy walk-in closets. Helpful that the owners had boogie boards and a small backpack ice chest for our use....and several ice packs in the freezer.

Great house in Princeville

I think I already review this VRBO home, but it was a great place for a home base in Kauai. Enjoyed the roominess and the huge avocadoes from the neighbor's trees. Loved being in Hawaii, the beaches, sunsets and wildlife. Can't wait to come back. Beautiful memories for sure!

Great Spot for many activities

House is a great set up for multiple couples. We were 3 adult couples and everyone had their own space (BR/Bath) which affords great privacy. The Master Bath needs an update, all of the fixtures worked, but are pretty old and not in great shape. All in all we enjoyed the house very much. Great location close to beaches, golf, food store, restaurants (in Hanalei, and a couple in Princeville). Also, the next door neighbor was a really nice person. Made us a reservation at a great restaurant in Hanelei, where we went to celebrate our son's engagement. Really wonderful trip!

Great space to stay while in Kauai.

My husband and I stayed at the house by ourselves, the view out the back was great. We also liked the sense of privacy in front, even though neighbors were not far. Our kids were staying at another house but there was plenty of room to host them for dinner one night.

Perfect Retreat!

Thank you for an amazing vacation! This home was perfect for our group of 6, 3 couples. Walking distance to the beaches, resort restaurants, sunset watching, farmers market and golf. Plus the walking trails through Princeville. Thanks for the extra fans, as the home does not have air conditioning. It's warm in August! If you are traveling in the next few months, and plan to visit Hanalei Bay, plan accordingly. The road closure is a hassle, we had planned two days and decided on just one. Few restaurants are open due to staffing issues, call ahead. Instead we visited the north east beaches two days. Overall, this is a home we would book again!

Princeville Stay

This property is a great location.....Easy walk to beaches. Enjoyed the open back patio. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was nice. Kitchen seemed a bit sparse with items such as serving bowls, Tupperware type containers, glasses (no plastic cups). Other than that, we had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house!

Beautiful vacation home

We spent our mother-daughter vacation (my two daughters and I) at this beautiful Princeville home. It’s in a private, safe, quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains out front, and the golf course out back. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Quiet, bright, spacious and welcoming

Inside, the house was super spacious, clean and bright - and especially comfortable for mornings of remote work and our son's distance learning. The yard is an expansive field of grass, plants and trees that line the perimeter of the golf course, which made the setting especially tranquil. While we no longer have babies/toddlers, I noticed how super baby-friendly the house was - it had a readily available highchair, travel crib, bouncy chair, and all the outlets even had child-proof covers (I've never seen this attention to detail in any rental!). They also had a shelf well stocked with games, puzzles and books for all ages. The neighborhood was lovely, and the neighbors kind. Overall, a very lovely stay that lived up to and even exceeded the posting.

Beautiful home with spacious, light-filled, breezy rooms.

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at this home. We appreciated the big kitchen and dining area and the BBQ. We also liked relaxing on the patio and the beautiful golf course views. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors.

This was a great place to stay. I would suggest that 2 trash bags for 5 people for 10 days is not enough and there could have been more toilet paper, but the facility was great. Thanks.

I stayed here for 10 nights in Feb. Te house was as pictured, spaceous and clean. Lots of kitchen equipment and towels, and some beach toys . It was nice to hane some flaslights during the wind storm and resulting power outage.

Spacious, clean and located in a great area.

Thanks to Lori for keeping this home in immaculate condition. The house was very spacious and nicely situated in a quiet area. Even though it was a bit far from most our planned activities. We have no complaints and gladly looked forward to coming back to the house after each and everyday of our 5 day stay. The 3 bedrooms and master bathrooms made our couple stay so much more pleasant just because we didn’t have to share bathrooms. This is my first time staying in a VRBO house and I definitely liked it more than hotels. Thanks Lori for a part in making our couples Hawaii vacation a very memorable trip for our lifetime.
