Leilani Villa: Gardenview Condo on Kauai's North Shore w/ Pool, Spa & AC

Welcome to Leilani Villa, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental ideally situated in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai. This villa provides convenient access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including stunning Pu'u Poa/Princeville Beach, excellent snorkeling at Hideaways Beach, and excellent swimming at Queen's Bath.
At the nearby Princeville Center, guests will find a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. A short drive also leads to additional dining, shopping, and art galleries in the quaint town of Hanalei, which also offers the option of a kayaking or stand-up paddling trip down the Hanalei River. Just north of Hanalei are stunning beaches like Lumahai and Bali Hai, along with the renowned Kalalau Trail hike along the Na Pali Coast.

Leilani Villa features three separate private lanais, providing guests with beautiful garden views. The villa also includes an office with a desk, computer, and printer, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included for guests' convenience. With a 2-car garage and central AC included in the rental rate, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

The villa features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, as well as a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans are included in all rooms, and wireless internet service is included.

Guests will have access to resort amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. There's also a shared BBQ grill for guests to use. Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
