Perfect for Family

We had a fantastic stay! The open floor plan was great for spending time with all of our family. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms for everyone. Maria was very responsive! We greatly enjoyed this property! We will be back!!

The owners and property manager meticulously and thoughtfully thought of EVERYTHING when furnishing and providing the best amenities for this home. We appreciated all that was provided for us so much, we made sure to take off our shoes before we entered, covered the sofas with the soft and numerous blankets provided (we had 2 small dogs) and made sure to empty all the trash cans on a regular basis. That home is loved, so we loved it back and we give high praise to the owners and the property manager for going above and beyond for their incredible hospitality and kindness. My hope is that every family or group of friends that decide this is the vacation VRBO place for them, they take great care of the home so that others can enjoy all that is provided for a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay in Prescott, AZ. A !!!

Family Weekend

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need, bathrooms were fully stocked, they thought of just about everything. It was spacious and open floor plan. Plenty of space for my whole family. The views from the balcony were incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property

Only used the property in the evenings for dinner and rest but it was perfect for that. Lots of space and able to give everyone their own privacy during a company stay in Prescott Valley. Well appointed and the host, Maria, was great at communicating quickly.

Big house, plenty of room

6 adults in town for a family wedding, there was more than enough room for us to spread out. The kitchen had absolutely every utensil you could need. The patio and porch were awesome !outside and relaxing

Spacious Home, Perfect for Family

Home was clean and listed exactly as is. Back yard and deck were amazing. Full kitchen with everything you need. The large space is perfect for families. The downstairs had a separate living space which was amazing for children. Will stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the spaces inside and out along with an end of season dusting of snow to wake up to Saturday morning! The home had everything we needed and more in the kitchen for meals and prep. The neighborhood was quiet and was situated perfectly to get to the soccer fields for the tournament we were attending. Would certainly book again!

The size, the location, the cleansiness. 1 dowfall, showing up to no propane in tanks, it's $20 host. Charge for it, its an inconvenience.

Lovely Stay

Overall, the property is very nice and well stocked. The owner was very easy to work with and allowed us to store groceries a day ahead of our check in day. We did find that the 5th bedroom mentioned wasn’t actually a bedroom - more of a den with no door and with only a very low to the ground/toddler size bed. We were not able to use this room, which was disappointing. Apparently we learned that propane was not included for the BBQ and as such, within a minute of our putting steaks on the grill, the flames went out. We assume there must not have been propane in the tank. Other than these two disappointments, the house was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 8 adults and everyone had their own bed to sleep in except for the master bedroom where 2 shared a king bed. The home was well equipped and only a 9 minute drive to Toyota Convention Center. We absolutely loved it.
