We really enjoyed our stay here as a small family with children. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown, which made exploring very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the welcome book provided all the helpful information we needed for our stay. The house itself had a unique floor plan and was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only note is that the rooms get a bit bright, but overall, everything was wonderful.

We love this property and have stayed there before. It is spacious and spotless and very conveniently located to downtown Prescott and the lakes. We can walk to the restaurants and shops and also relax at the home which has a beautiful outdoor deck.The owners provide full information in advance and are available if you need to contact them during your stay. It’s our favorite easy summer getaway..

The house was perfect for our stay. (4 women) The house had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, walking distace to everything downtown. The host was very responsive prior to and upon our arrival. We will definitely stay again. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Fantastic House!

This house was one of the better places I've rented in Prescott. Very clean, spacious, well appointed, and nicely decorated. An easy walk to the courthouse square, Grama's Bakery, and the Wild Iris Coffee House.Deborah is very friendly and communicative. I got my message too late, but the house was actually ready an hour and half early and we were welcome to enter the house.Only drawback is the member's only establishment across the street refusing to leave the marked "reserved" parking space open. We found a way around it by putting the dumpster in our spot with a note when we left....and it worked!Other than that, no issues with noise inside the house. Slept like a baby!This place is a diamond!

Great house!

This house was perfect for a group of friends visiting Prescott. Location was within walking distance to restaurants, downtown, shopping with a coffee place and tavern right across the street! Hiking, kayaking and biking are all close by. The house was clean with a private back deck. Hosts checked in and were great! We loved it!

Amazing hostess

This was our fourth time staying at this property. We love the location and everything about the house. And, the hosts are amazing!We had a small issue with the air conditioning not working. We let Deborah know and she immediately sent a repair person over even though it was Friday evening. Within a few hours we had cool air. I was so thankful for Deborah and her quick response.Thank you!

Great stay for College Visit!

This home is now at the top of my rental stays! Came to town for son’s college visit and location was excellent, not only for walkable entertainment, shopping and restaurants, but also for day trip hikes at nearby lakes and Sedona area. Host not only make you feel at home, but are very responsive and welcoming. We are already planning our next trip to stay here!

Perfect for 2 & great location!

Very well re-done little cottage. Great setup for 2 solo travelers to each have own bath & bedroom! I was actually working and tried this rather than the usual hotel stay. I will definitely check availability of this home before hotels going forward! Very good! M

This is the cutest house! It was so perfect for our stay. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. All the basics are provided. The house was clean, the beds comfy, the rental process easy. We walked for dinner and only used our car to drive to Prescott Valley for a concert. We are already planning our return stay.

This was our second time at this property and it’s still our favorite! Our only problem is that we are all seniors and tho we all use computers, smart phones, etc we had a heck of a time setting the thermostat (it was very cold this visit!) and using the various TV remotes. The rental manager came by to help but we still couldn’t get the heater setting to stay at a comfortable level. Perhaps step by step directions posted by thermostat and TV would help. Regardless, we love the house and will come back again.
