There was a hole in the bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it. Hooks in the bathing area had been removed, leaving unpatched holes in the walls. Drawer in the console would not stay closed because floor uneven. Outside trash containers overflowing. But, it was quiet, and convenient, beds were clean and reception staff friendly and helpful.

This is a motel. Not a hotel. Staff is amazing but property is very run down. You can tell they tried to do an update/upgrade in rooms but it’s still pretty bad. Mold mildew everywhere. Pool was gross. Hot tub next to pool was broken. I think they are trying their best to keep this place running but they need a HUGE make over or just call themselves motel rather than hotel. It is definitely not hotel. Again, staff was incredible though!!

We stayed at this location for its proximity to Olympic National Park, but the hotel overall needs some upgrades to the cleanliness and outside appearance leading to the rooms (ie, trash outside, elevator needs up keep, reports of roaches from other guests).

No wifi despite having wifi code. Tried getting on for an hour, no luck. Below average especially for the nightly rate. If you have to stay overnight because of ferry, it’s fine…but not great. 5 mins to ferry so that’s helpful.

Never judge a room by its pictures

The room faced a busy street, so it was noisy all night. The ventilation system was connected to the window so the windows allowed noise to travel inside the room. Also, there were minimal outlets and no toiletries in the shower.

Great location and staff, needs updates

The woman who lives and works here is an amazing woman. She was so welcoming when we arrived and helped answer lots of great questions. The property/rooms were unfortunately a different story. We had two rooms. Our room had mold on the ceiling and on the shower caulking. The Inn could really use to update a few things, and removing the carpet would be one of the updates. On the outdoor stair case closest to the lobby has a rusted metal piece that was sticking out to catch anyone's toe wearing open toed shoes. It gave me pause and I used the other staircase. I really enjoyed the location and the owner. The coffee in the morning was great and the staff seemed to care greatly. I just think some modifications are needed. In the other room, there wasn't mold but the door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it. I know these days it's hard to keep up with so much turn over, but it was off putting to see that in a hotel room.
