"Our favorite part of the stay was the friendly shuttle driver-Dereck who was pleasant and funny. Beach access is through shuttle with free towels, chairs and boogie boards. We paid for a premium room. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. No balcony or ocean view as Hotels.com advertised. Coffee machine didn’t work, ice machine wasn’t working the first day. Valet was helpful and hard working. Might come again but for the price there are other options without the rigidity of the front desk."
