Some of the staff was awesome and I hate the a few messed up the experience and the reviews for the others. Salma was so rude and had a major attitude because my husband and I didn’t want to sign our lives over to pay for a traveling program for 25yrs, and never told us how much it was, talking about price doesn’t matter. After wasting our time (3 1/2 hours) on our last day, we didn’t get to go swim with the dolphins as they promised, as we sat in the lobby for another 1 1/2, waiting on the ride that never showed up. The only good thing about the resort were the waiters and waitresses and the vibe team. The pools close at 5 and there’s nothing really for adults to do, but drink all day and night and dance with the entertainment from the vibe team at the kid shows. Not to mention the ceiling in the shower started showing signs of mold and the water slide is not safe as it had loose bolts. I wanted to make it home safe before sharing cause I didn’t feel 100% safe. But look at the pictures and be the judge for yourself.
