This property was the most expensive on the market. We booked anyway for the convenience of the pool. It was shut down and has been for awhile. No mention of this was made until you walk into the hotel. The comforter had the remains of someone’s dinner on them. There was garbage behind the tv stand The room hasn’t been deep cleaned this year. Super dirty. The tub was stained and the water dripped all night. Don’t date your money on this place. When I asked for a discount to bring the price down 50$ to comparable properties I was told that 25$ was the best Expedia can do.

Booked the stay to allow our children to swim in the pool. When we arrived the pool was closed, Staff had no idea why or when it would be open again. At least they could have notified us that pool was closed before we traveled there

This is a great hotel is you are just looking for a place to crash for the night. The kitchen has limited hours and there seems to be few staff on site especially in the morning. I’ve stayed twice now and will stay again when I travel thru again.

My grandsons and I went to Pinedale the night before a planned trip to White Pine just so we could enjoy the pool. It turns out the pool was closed but we were not told at check in, there was just a sign on the door. We tried to watch a movie on the tv and it kept freezing. There was supposed to be breakfast until 9:30 but the doors were closed and locked. My grandson bought a pop from the vending machine and the soda was hot. The room was clean and warm. Lesson learned: before I book on Expedia I will call the property to be sure the things that are important to me for our stay are actually available. We were very disappointed.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Toilet and area around was a bit sketchy. Water or something else had dried around the sink. Not happy with this hotel as the pool and hot tub are closed. The attendant at the desk couldn’t give us a reason other than they are out of order. It appeared everything was working. In fact, the sign on the door said the door was out of order and the desk attendant admitted that the door was fine. The pool and hot tub were out of order. 😟

It met our needs however hotel/desk staff unavailable in person until 200 pm. Restaurant breakfast staff assisted with hotel needs. Desk phone rang constantly. Add a voice mail to call back at 200 perhaps??? Dog poo on snow by doors. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. Free breakfast not great.
