We loved sitting on the back patio watching the wildlife and the peacefulness. Our favorite part!I want to mention first off "everything" was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plus, plenty of breakfast frozen microwavable food and shelf stable food. The coffee maker is a Krieg coffee maker and pods were provided. The refrigerator had milk, butter and a variety of condiments for the guests. Like a continental breakfast at a hotel. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was stocked with things you might have forgotten, and the towels were plush and soft. We hiked the Fossil Creek trail, the Anasazi Ruins trail and climbed Strawberry mountain. Most of the restaurants were not open the days we were there except the "The Early Bird Cafe" on our way home which has the best biscuits and gravy. Shopping was also limited due to being "off season". We visited Tymeless Antiques, Pine Strawberry thrift shop and my favorite Pine Creek Canyon Lavender Farm.

What a great can. Perfect place to stay and just kick back and relax. Great back porch, gas grill. We will be back and make sure to stay longer to relax more. Highly recommend. Very clan and comfortable

We had such a great long Thanksgiving weekend at the Kozy Kabin. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host stocked it with thoughtful snacks, which was such a nice touch and super sweet! The location couldn’t be better—tucked in the cute town of Strawberry, AZ and just minutes from great hiking trails and close to great places to eat. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. We’d definitely stay here again! It was absolutely the best rental we have ever stayed in! Thanks for having us!

Amazing! All around. The house was clean and had a nice surprise of lots of snacks and water for us. The beds were comfortable. The views from the backyard were perfect! It was such a treat to see the wildlife each day. So much for kids to play with and games for everyone. If we find ourselves back in this part of Arizona I would love to stay again.

Check in was easy and the host was super communicative and accommodating. The snacks inside were a nice touch. We really appreciated being able to stay here. It's very quiet and peaceful with multiple elk and deer in the backyard.

Very comfortable, the owner communicated very well. My wife and I will likely return or you need a quiet getaway. Most enjoyable.We did have elk wandered through the yard, which was a real treat for our guest from Denmark.

Perfect cabin really nice area. The cabin was over the top clean. Host went over the top with commodities like beds, bedding, towels and available cookware. Expensive bedding and towels make a real difference. A huge surprise was the fridge and freezer was stocked with some food already. Not old stuff either even had some good ice cream sandwiches. Super nice large back deck and grill. Smart tvs and wifi was reliable no buffering. Only thing i would suggest is washer and dryer. As well as a mop in case we had a spill of some sort. Me and my family have stayed at many places in thay area, and this was top notch.

Great place to see. Nice & updated cabin. Beds were comfy as was the living room setup. Perfect for my husband and me. An elk joined us in the backyard for dinner Friday night :) Will plan to stay here again next time we come to the area.

The Kozy Kabin was one of the best places we’ve stayed in. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. In fact, anything we forgot they had. Our favorite part was the wonderful deck which looked out upon the woods where elk would wander by every morning and evening. We even saw a mother and baby. We enjoyed a few short hikes but mainly enjoyed relaxing in the cabin. Thank you for providing such a wonder place and if we come back to The Rim area we will definitely arrange our trip to stay here.

Can’t wait to come back!

I want to start by saying how amazing the host is! She responded to all of my questions right away and was very friendly! The Kabin is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice! We were very impressed with the place and the beautiful back porch. We got to see elk every day while there. She had breakfast items there for us which we greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough great things about this Koxy Kabin and host! We can for a family wedding and all of the cabins on the wedding property were booked so we found this place and I’m so thankful we did because we enjoyed it better than we would have on the other property. Thank you again we will be back for sure!!!
