This hotel is awful. The first room they gave had dirty sheets and blood on the bed. The carpets were covered in a white powder. They switched my room. It was slightly better but still had filthy floors, mold above the shower, and broken outlets. They didnt have enough vlean blanlets for all of the beds. Just gave us sheets. Couldnt change hotels because everything around us was sold out since it was the holiday season. Asked for a comp for the first night because we couldnt even get into our room until 1am. Was denied. Just sn all around poor experience. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room and view were great. The fireace didn't work so they fixed whi6we went to eat. When we got back it wouldn't turn off. We slept with the sliding door cracked because it wso hot.

They room seemed highly neglected. Brown stuff on ceiling above a bed. Spots all over sheets and betting with some looking like blood. The lobby was beautiful but, that's about it. Beds were old and broken down.

When we got to the room you could tell that it had not been cleaned properly. They didn’t have rags so we had to go buy them. Housekeeping never cleaned the room while we were away. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The hot tub and lazy river was the only good thing about our stay.

They are in progress of improving while operating . But was a perfect place to lay our head without breaking the bank during a holiday weekend. The kids loved the pool, adults loved not having to drive everywhere due to great location near the island. The staff was excellent and friendly, we didn’t use breakfast but was offered.

Horrible that the whole hotel, they don't give it maintenance, only one elevator works. The pool area can't even be from the plague to chlorine, your eyes get irritated. And not to mention the room since you enter it is a smell of humidity with horrible chlorine, the sheets all stained and the bathroom with mold. The ceiling of the bathroom without a roof and all stained. You say to change your room and nothing the answer is that they are sold out. They charge so much for the night.

The room was gross yes they say they are remodeling but I think that’s an excuse. There was mold in the bathrooms and the refrigerator still had food someone else left. The sheets and blankets had stains and burn holes in them. The floors were gross I could go on and on. We will never stay there again. We would of moved hotels but it was during New years and ever hotel was triple the price or couldn’t accommodate our big family as everything was sold out.

Poolside needs some wotk but kids enjoyed the lazy river. The inside pool was waaaaay to cold to swim. The riom when we entered had a blood stain o. The pillow case all the way thru to pillow. It was obvious the linens had not been changed.

The pool area was great. We came into a room with mattress covers that were urine stained. Mold on the walls. Elevators did not work. There was holes in the walls of the hallways. Half done construction throughout the whole place. I had ti go out and purchase cleaning supplies. Wiping walls down and all. It could be really nice. They have let the place go. And do not do any matainence When we told the staff our concerns they were rude and defensive. If I would have had the money I would have went some where else. But I spent over 700 on two rooms to two nights.

The towels were yellow, the floors were as dirty as outside, blood stains still on the pillow case and sheets. PLEASE do NOT get a room here. There have also been reports of bed bugs in the past.

We had a clean room the staff were exceptional the breakfast was fantastic we stayed 7 days and had a wonderful time. If there were any issues they were handled very quickly and it will definitely be where we stay in Pigeon Forge when we visit. A very good deal for the money and the pool area is clean just a little outdated but they are in the process of renovating the hotel so very understandable.
