Overall the house was very good. The layout was great for our group of 6, it would be great for 2 families or multi generation as well. The lazy river, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, table and pickle ball court were a hit. Beds were comfortable and the house was overall clean, but a few areas could use some more attention to detail. There was broken glass by the fire pit, quite a bit of crumbs/food in kitchen under stove and under couch also a pile of old dog food on ground outside of door to kitchen. One of the rooms did not have darkening window treatments so that person was awake with the sun, such an easy fix. The Casita was adorable, please add some storage for clothes, no closet or hanging available and need a few hooks or bars in the bathroom to hang towels. The electrical outlets in the game-room bathroom do not work. Overall very good house and I would rent it again, such easy fixes to make it a 10.
