Great location in within Rio Verde Country Club. Has wide view of three fairways: The mountain view is spectacular ... especially Four Peaks! Access to community amenities include 2 swimming pools, exercise room, bocce ball, horse shoe pit, tennis courts, pickle ball and the golf course club and dining. This townhome is an end unit and is extremely private, it has been fully remodeled and has lots of windows with amazing views… The master bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the back patio and private hot tub. It also has a great office space if work is needed! The townhome is 1900 sqft

Excellent stay and location

This is a beautiful townhouse on the golf course with sunrise views of Four Peaks each morning. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Large rooms, clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you need (even over Thanksgiving). Private patio with hot tub. And the location was just perfect for what I needed. The community was welcoming and met lots of wonderful people. Really just everything you could ask for….

Rio Verde Getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was perfect! Gorgeous neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, and a clean uncluttered garage to store our bikes. It was a working vacation so my boyfriend set up shop in the private office and I set up my computer at the dining room table. We loved that all the wall-to-wall carpeting had been replaced with tile flooring. The outdoor large patio and built-in jacuzzi right on the golf course was perfect for morning coffee and to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view! Any issues we had with the property were addressed right away from John and Patti... Thank You for making our stay at your home very enjoyable ;) We would definitely stay here again! Thank You!!

Spectacular views and atmosphere!

We stayed at this property in Rio Verde for several nights and were surprised and amazed by the spectacular views and atmosphere. Every room had a wonderful view of the golf course and mountains. This home is quiet, private, well-appointed and comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance including the golf club, fitness center and restaurant. All the rooms were spacious and clean. It looked to be newly remodeled with tile everywhere. In addition to two nice size bedrooms with kings, there was a working office, kitchen nook, dining room, great room, and a private wrap-around covered patio with hot tub. The home was clean and stocked with starter supplies. I love to cook and found the kitchen equipped with everything I needed including new appliances. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable in every way. What a wonderful neighborhood to walk through and was very safe even at night. We hiked, golfed, played pickle ball and dined at the private restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better stay and are planning on coming back to this home next year!
