HVAC didn’t have a constant setting, ie fan wouldn’t run constantly to provide even white noise. White noise needed - could hear sounds from other rooms without. When fan would kick in, it was loud… No bathroom near the gym….had to use elevator to go through lobby or back to room.

The heating in the room wasn't working well. I had to switch to cooling because the heat kept going to 75 degrees, which was too hot for me. The room was tiny, tiny, tiny. The view from the room was just a wall and a storm sewer. I wanted to open the window, but was afraid of funky things coming out of the hole in the floor.

Although the rooms are small, they are in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and have everything we needed. The hotel is located in a geat location while being reasonably priced. The checkin process was ver efficient. I like the Britta water fffilters on every floor.
