Hotel is clean, breakfast was as expected with plenty of options (even dairy-free milk), 1st floor room was quiet - didn't hear any noise from above or from the hallway. Auto-deadbolt locks are a mess. It would lock when I opened the door and I had to jimmy it to get the door closed again. These need to be fixed or replaced. My bath/shower water only got to warm, but I think it was just for my room because my sister stayed in a different room and had super hot water immediately. My sink water was hot, but not the shower, so it's probably a maintenance issue with the shower handle in that room. I did not dock the overall rating for these issues because if they address them then this is a great hotel.

The cost was acceptable. The parking was good (the cost for parking was more than anticipated, but fair). The staff did not know local restaurants and so was not as helpful as we would have liked. Otherwise the staff was kind.
