One thing I would like to see is availability of good-quality drinking water for while we are on site as well as to refill our travel water bottles. There was water in a dispenser but it was room temperature and had a chlorine taste. Yuck! Travelers need to stay well-hydrated, especially in warm weather! Thank you!

Perfect nights rest.

We were traveling thru the area and chose to stay for the night. We arrived later than expected. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I was flooded out of going home after vacation. I was able to stay at the HIE through Hotels.com. The staff had me ready to go when I got there. They have amazing electric blinds to block the sunlight...I work nights.
