Quiet neighborhood, great location for getting around town. Grandview Drive is within walking distance and is a 'must see' We enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage and plan to stay here again.

Cosy little home

We had a great stay for a group of 4 in this cosy little home. Attended a wedding and room for us to get ready. Walking distance to Prospect Ave and plenty of restaurants. The walkway behind was pretty this time of year.

Exactly what we needed

I recently drove from the East Coast to drop my son at Bradley University. We needed a home base for a week to cover orientation, shopping, and move-in. The house was perfect for us. The two bedrooms had comfortable beds and the living room was great for lounging and watching TV. The house was close to everything, and an easy 15 minutes to Bradley. It was very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent experience. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants, etc. Access to the Rock Island trail is one house over. Sitting on the private deck overlooking the trail was a highlight. Ashley was always quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely come again.

Hope Everytime was like my first experience!

Was using hotels and decided to try VRBO from a recommendation so glad I did, having a full house for a place out of town was a great choice. Ashley was super responsive and very accommodating! House was great had everything you would need, access to WiFi and plenty to watch on the TV.

Very quiet clean and safe place to stay. Look for the deer bedding down out back. Typical amenities found in most VRBO homes. Perfect for me. Loved the bed comforter. I have to get one heavy like that. Thanks.

A nice 'home away from home' base!

We were in town for three days for a school reunion and had free time to explore the area. Overall we had a great stay! This house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and was very clean inside. It's in a great location at the back of a quiet, safe neighborhood. We walked to the end of the street from the house then passed by lovely homes to Grandview Drive, which has benches to enjoy views of the river. We enjoyed having access to the Rock Island Trail plus being within walking distance to great eateries. If you're looking for a nice 'home away from home base', we recommend the Peoria Heights Haven!

Concert weekend

Quaint, cute, loved the back deck, glad the weather was dry for us to spend time there outside. Short walking distance to many restaurants on Prospect, convenient. Bedrooms small but beds are comfortable. Minimalist for kitchen supplies if you are looking to prepare food in house.

Adorable cottage in a great location!

We stayed for 4 night and absolutely loved it. This is an adorable, quaint and very comfortable cottage located right on the Rock Island trail and close to shopping and several excellent restaurants. We had our morning coffee every day on the beautiful back deck, overlooking the trail. Ashley has done a really nice job of providing everything you need. We will definitely stay again and again!

Meeting Halfway Reunion

My college Roommate and I decided to have a mini-reunion for the weekend. Peoria was halfway between where we both live. The accommodations were lovely, just right for two good friends. We walked the trail and the neighborhood. It was a very relaxing time. Ashley was great. Very prompt with replies. I'd recommend this property for its convenience and excellent owner communication.

Perfect location and setting

This home is located perfectly to walk the trail and enjoy the sites and shopping in Peroira Heights. A quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. The peaceful deck at the back of the home provided privacy and peacefulness in a wooded lot. The home was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Instructions were simple and easy to follow.
