Perfect Getaway For A Mom’s Beach Trip

Absolutely loved this place! The view was awesome, the communication was clear and helpful from the check in process to the checkout, and the place was so clean and spacious! We’ll be back again!

Such a beautiful condo! Did notice a few things in larger bathroom. The door and baseboards are not completely painted. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our vacation. Plan on visiting again. Short walk to beach with minimal steps was a plus as well

Shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Great property, great spot, extraordinary views, close to anything you need. Great check in process, easy in and out. Highly recommend.

It was very nice. Cooking skillet needs replaced but other that that be sure if you are cooking being everything like seasonings , oils and etc

Mom/Daughter Getaway

We stayed in 1402 for a mom/daughter getaway and had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation! From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Communication is key to us, so when we ran into a little hiccup with the condo, the management quickly resolved the issue within hours of me texting them. Will definitely stay in 1402 again!!

Gulf front resort with 2 chairs and umbrella included! Sunstional Pearl!

We had a wonderful-relaxing stay. The view from condo was incredible. Saw dolphins playing almost every day. Easy to go up and down from unit. There are 2 pools — LOVE the heated pool — nice change from beach. Having the beach chairs ready for us by attendant everyday was very convenient! Drive to grocery store and restaurants was literally over the bridge. We’d recommend staying here!

When we arrived, we were greated by a Blue Moon representative (at the beautiful fountain) who personally escourted us to our condo. It was beautifully decorated and was VERY CLEAN! The kitchen was stocked and the towels were white and fluffy!! THe outdoor pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. The walk over to the beach was very easily accessable. The beach itself was AMAZING!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed for a family of four adults. The beds were comfortable and the condo was pretty clean. (We had a few minor issues with the condo that management promptly took care of.). We were there over the Fourth of July, so it was busy. However, the beach did not feel crowded at all. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great. We also enjoyed the pub style table and chairs on the balcony-they made it easy to see the spectacular views over the railing. The location made it easy to walk to the pier every night and was close to restaurants. We did not use the pool (we love the beach), but it looked lovely and well cared for. The entire property was in great shape. At prime times taking the elevator was slow, but most of the time it took no longer than a few minutes. I would recommend this condo to friends.
