This was definitely not how we wanted to spend our night. We arrived somewhere around 10 pm, we went straight to bed and were woke at approx 12:30 by some extremely LOUD neighbors, die u mention we had an adjoining room, we were annoyed as you could expect having to hear the x-rated noise coming from the adjoining room, about 30 mins later they calmed down but continued to talk loudly. About an hr and a half later, back to x-rated noise like someone auditioning for a movie, I finally called the front desk, she said she would address it, at 3:30 it starts yet again. I called the front desk she said she would walk back there. Then I hear knocking on a door, I thought thank goodness she’s gonna do something this time. A few mins later our room phone rings and it’s the front desk telling me she didn’t hear anything and I REFUSED to let her in our room to investigate the complaint. I was baffled, like what do you mean come into our room to “investigate” they were so loud I’m not sure how anyone in the entire complex didn’t hear the ish. She did offer to move us to another room but I said no! You need to address the problem and we are not the problem here. Why should we have to get up and repack everything and move when the next door neighbors were causing the issue. I told the lady just refund our money and we will go elsewhere if we have to go so far as movin rooms I’d just some move to another hotel or drive home. She said she would not honor our request for a refund.

Like sunset. Pool. Small section of beach. Didn't like only room service Tuesday or Friday. So we didn't get sheets changed whole week. Had to go get more towels at front desk. Room not worth money. Fairly clean. Dust everywhere. Hair behind door to bathroom. Bathroom small. Needs more updates. Was quite till Friday. Could hear through walls like they were in our room.

Far from Quality.

We found out that Quality Inn is certainly not quality. While very clean it was near a road with loud traffic and if not that next door talking at 2.00 a.m. or someone walking above you. The reception was very cool to say the least, certainly not "southern hospitality" and people are more concerned with their phones or doing their own thing than serving others. They are just there for 'business' and not relational. We will certainly not recommend this place again and will not trust quality inn again. Not only that they take an extra hundred from you when you sign in and promise to reimburse it - they had better! Very bad night. Breakfast was not good either. :(

The property it self was nice with great views, the problem was there hot water, we called the front desk 2 times about the hot water in the shower, it barely got warm. The front desk set maintenance to check it out, he said he would check the burner, we never heard back. We call the front desk again and they said they would transfer us to another room, again we never heard back.

The hotel was older, clean but definitely old. Breakfast was on the other side of the property and was served from 6-9 and being on vacation we would like to have slept in and been able to get breakfast a little bit later. Overall, it wasn’t terrible. I definitely think they need to upgrade and they definitely need to update the pictures on their website.

OK Stay. No serious complaints and as expected.

Your average hotel. Two main issues were our room fridge barly worked and the freezer in it did not work at all. We got buy so check appliances first thing. Also the water pressure leaves alot to be desired. Other than that older hotel modernized as best they could so would not pay alot for this place. Excellent location to go alot of places in the area. Grounds was very much like the pictures but beach kind of cluttered but works espically for a private hotel beach. Everything mostly nicely kept. Sunsets can be excellent and on occasion can see dolphinhs way off in the distance. Too many choices in the area to stay here again but if I had to I would simply because of the location.
