Overall our stay was good. There are several things the property owner / mgmt company could provide to make it better. Beach / Pool towels should be available in the unit for guest use. Additionally all kitchen supplies need refreshed, very old and worn. Some standard staples should also be available such as salt / pepper, Non-stick spray, common used spices so the guests don’t have to purchase and then discard prior to departure. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser were not working. While we did notify Beach Getaways and they confirmed maintenance was contacted no one showed up to resolve the issue. The remote for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing as well so we could not operate the light or speed of it. Finally, the owner should think about providing a couple beach chairs to use, guests should have the option to use those versus having to rent the chairs from Portofino.
