Litchfield Retreat 327 - Totally renovated and beautifully furnished condo located 2nd row at North Litchfield Beach. This unit has a townhouse floor plan with living areas and a half bath on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms downstairs. The living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and seating for 4 at the dining table and a nice breakfast bar with seating for 2. (No icemaker) New flooring throughout, and all furniture. Both bathrooms downstairs have been renovated, and a half bath was added to the main floor. Bedroom 1 has been remodeled to include a private desk space for computers and games. This bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a new vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single trundle. The hall bath has a tub/shower and new vanity. For additional sleeping options, the living area has two sleeper sofas (Singles).

No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts.

There is plenty of parking available.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beautiful condo. Perfect for going to the beach and pool. The laundry and garbage Shute couldn’t have been more Convenient. There are so many nice restaurants and shopping areas close by. Would come back definitely!

I was pleased with the condo, very comfortable for 4 adults. I could have used a broom and dustpan (sand) and a knife for apples.

Great week at the beach!

Great stay and so close to the beach! Right across the street with easy access. Property was nicely updated. We had a great trip! Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the beach.

The property is only a two minute walk to the beach. The only complaint is that the second bedroom should have a real bed with a real mattress. It is a trundle until, so not comfortable like a mattress and box spring.
