"My family had a great time during the week we spent in New Smyrna Beach. This unit had a stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, and dishes. There were plenty of spices and extra coffee filters. The AC worked great and kept the unit cool. We never needed to contact the property management for any issues. The pool was open and the grounds were nicely maintained.There were plenty of cleaning supplies to keep the area clean. The rugs by the front door really helped keep the sand in that area. We've stayed places where it seems like the sand gets everywhere. The furniture was comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. We didn't sink down into an indentation, so that's a definite plus.We had a great time, and would love to return another year. The view from the balcony was great, and watching the storms come in from the west was impressive."

We loved that the lifeguard was stationed right in front of the property. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Appliances were state of the art and the kitchen has everything we needed, and more!"
