Book a hotel near Parque Delta, Benito Juarez

"Was not told prior to arrival the hotel is under construction. Which would generally be ok until I noticed things in the room were half done. I booked the rooms and my two other friends had great rooms on the 8th floor. Large bathrooms and views. I was put on the 6th floor. Plaster coming off the bathroom ceiling and construction marks as if they're still planning to work on it. The bathroom floor would be completely flood during a shower. Having to use multiple towels. The property is in a great location, walkable to everything. "

"The A/C was amazing, on a particularly hot day in Mexico City. The staff is great, attentive and helpful.
