The room had terrible stains in the carpet, bathroom had no hairdryer and when I asked none was provided, bathroom floors were dirty, and the bedding had hairs on it and the mattress cover was stained.

We liked the breakfast. Room was clean but lots of stains on carpet and worn furniture. Staff was very friendly and kind. Our stay was good except sign in when we waited about 30 min for staff to come to desk

Front desk girl upon check in Sat night didnt even say hello just looked at us. We had to say hi. Cleaning mop and bucket, broom, dust pan in lobby and remained till we checked out. Elevator floor carpet was stained and worn, they attempted to paint but very sloppy and painted over door hinges. Carpet in room very stained. Air was nice and cold. Price was very good. Breakfast was waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, apples and oatmeal. The cleaner they use is extremely potent smelling.

The hotel was convenient for our travel itinerary. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room we were assigned. Bedding was stained and looked very unsanitary. We asked to be moved to another room. The second room was acceptable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
