After reading the previous reviews, I decided to book a stay at Montmartre Residence, and I’m so glad I did. We had a wonderful time not only exploring Paris but also staying in our apartment (apartment No. 7). The apartment was clean and well-kept. Throughout our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with a relaxed atmosphere, lovely cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and excellent public transport connections nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Montmartre Residence to anyone visiting Paris.

The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants nearby. I'll be happy to come back.

The shower situation was not great. The shower head was kinda leaky. There was curtain. You’d either create a mess or shower sitting down. Other than that, everything was great. The location, apartment itself — all great!

Phenomenal! The Montmartre Residences helped make our family reunion in Paris perfect. From the wonderful greeting and helping us get our many cases in the elevator, to being available for any questions and local advice. The staff were amazing. For a small fee they had my chosen grocery list and some champagne ready for us. The apartment and view were jaw-dropping! The furniture, bedding, layout, finishes and functionality were perfect. It was meticulously clean and had everything you could want or need. Perfect location for exploring Montmartre. Small grocery store that has most items is just round the corner as is the old Photo Booth. We will always stay here when vacationing in Paris in the future. None of us wanted to leave! Thank you for making our family time together so special.

This clean and organized apartment was great. What really stood out was the people - we were greeted, given a walk through of the apartment and then they checked in the next day to see if we needed anything. When a few days in, we did need something looked at, they were quick and responsive.
