Beautiful hotel in the most convenient position if you wish to visit Sacre Coeur, Notra Dame, The Louvre, Arc du Triomphe, Champs-Elysees & Musee D'orsay. We stayed for x3 nights and this afforded us the time to walk to all of these sites( approx.25-30 mins to each site), only getting the metro once when we were rather tired when visiting the Arc du Triomphe. Good choice of breakfast, a full or smaller breakfast, depending on your appetite. Nothing was too much trouble if there were questions that needed answering to do with the room itself. A taxi was ordered on our behalf on leaving which came quickly for our return journey. The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to help us with anything we asked for. A great choice for a special 60th birthday visit to Paris.

Check in was delayed 1 hour. There was loud noises coming from the plumbing in the room. Restaurant was closed all weekend except for breakfast. Not a 4 star hotel at all.

We arrived at 2:15 to check in and had to wait approximately an hour for our room. The staff seemed overwhelmed, Granted it was New Year’s eve so I imagine it was extremely busy. The room was large and since it was a suite it was ample room. But the facility seemed worn and in need of a deep clean, furniture update etc. We paid a lot of money and didn’t feel it was worth it.

We enjoyed our 6 nights family stay in M Social Paris. Spacious rooms for Paris, comfortable king size bed, nice bathroom with l'occitane toiletries, pretty interior design, fun atmosphere in the lobby, great location - 20 min walk to Louvre, 5 min walk to Galleries Lafayettes, safe area with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is a good value for the price for a 4 star hotel.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and I’d come back again… Great location which meant we could walk everywhere. A lovely welcome when we arrived. Room was a really good size, and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that the tea and coffee making facilities weren’t replenished - only a small thing as we asked for some extras at reception! I would definitely come back again!
