There was miscommunication with our booking and upon our arrival, the hotel staff went above and beyond to fix it. They gave us interim room to rest and upgraded our room to make up for the confusion and Ramona Landry was the star of saving our vacay. Also, the location is great so highly recommend this property.

Great location that is close to the metro, as well as bus stations that go to and from the airport. Hotel is also close to plenty of shopping and dining options. If we were to stay here again, we wouldn't book a balcony room. Didn't really use it and the walls were quite high, so when sitting you were staring at the cement wall. Although you could see the tip of the Eiffel Tower and the rotating beam light. Air conditioning was poor, kept the window open as much as we could to air out the room.

We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Paris Opera. Big thank you to the manager Ibrahim for taking care of us and making sure that our stay was top notch. The hotel is well staffed and the polite, friendly staff are multilingual. The lobby is large and well appointed (there's even a chess board), there's a bar that has a great selection (including Monkey 47 gin!) and the dining options are convenient and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and Ibrahim and his staff made us feel like we were at a home away from home. The area around the hotel is excellent with tons of dining and sightseeing without being in the middle of a tourist district but easy access to any of the major attractions. This is our preferred hotel for Paris!
