As long as you dont need property manager you might have a better stay than I did...After checking in toliet wouldnt flush. It was after hours so I waited till next morning to report it. Couldn't get anyone to answer phone, so I left a message and a little while later they returned my call. Said they would send someone out to fix it, half a day goes by and finally maintenence shows up.
He can't unstop toliet says he has to contact office and he leaves. I call office numerous times and they dont answer, i left an email and text. Finally she emails me back and tells me its fixed, I let them know that no it wasnt..this goes on for a bit, and then I am told there is another restroom on property if I need to use it...I let them know how upset I was and to get it fixed! They finally get someone there around 4pm to fix it, thank goodness! All they were willing to offer me for the bad experience was a 1 hour late checkout as long as the next guest wasnt trying to get thier early!
Suppose to have 1 parking space per room and all other cars go to overflow, went out for dinner when I got back no parking left and had to park in overflow, which means security on property didnt enforce the rule!
