Nice Place to Stay

Stay went well. Not really issues, but 1.there was NO storage for clothes in master Bedroom.2. Master bedroom mattress and box springs needs replaced. They had had it. But over all I would give it 5 stars.

I can't express how satisfied we were with the total experience. Definitely recommended! Have stayed at several places in PCB but Splash Resort is the best! Four Star condo management is top of the line!

Fun Vacation Spot

Condo is well-kept and worked well for our group of six. It has a 12th floor balcony view of the ocean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch prep. Location was easy drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having the free beach chair service…just make sure you go early to reserve a seat!! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Loved our Stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. With two small children the bunk beds worked out great, and we felt the unit was overall spacious! The property was very kid friendly. We appreciated the included beach chairs/umbrellas. This unit had great amenities, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would love to come stay again! So many wonderful memories and photos to take home with us!

Very clean condo. Kids loved the heated pool during the chilly weather! New mattress is desperately need on master bed. Check in isn’t until 4:00, but the registration desk closes at 4:00.

Awesome Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The unit was very clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed the miraculous view. I most definitely will book this unit again for my next stay.

Nice beach view

We had a pleasant time at our condo here! It was the most beautiful view of the ocean front that I’ve witnessed. I loved the being high for that reason, but a few mornings it was 30 min to an hour wait to take the elevator out because it was full of people trying to check out or check in. If it weren’t for that reason then it would have been perfect. My bed was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed having the bunk beds and pull out couch. I would say they need more towels available but we did have washer so we used that! I think it was very fun, and nice place to stay!

Needs an update

The sofa and loveseat were in poor condition. All the bedroom furniture was damaged. The tub surround was in poor condition and it looked like mold in the seams. Some of the balcony furniture was broken. Lights out also.

Everything was “okay”

We love Splash and have stayed there multiple times. Great resort. This particular room was nothing fancy. I’ll say first that the bed in the bedroom was amazingly comfortable. The furniture in the living room was old and worn. Balcony furniture was very basic and minimal. The shelf in the fridge shattered when I sit a 2 liter of Pepsi on it and the other shelves in the door were cracked. The room as a whole needs a major upgrade. The worst part, which isn’t as much about the room itself, was that when we got there the room was not clean. My youngest son has many severe food allergies that he is airborne and contact reactive to, so you can imagine my horror when we walked in and saw the counters, tables and floor in the living room covered in food crumbs. As soon as I stepped into the kitchen my shoe slipped on something chocolate and it smeared on the floor (that happened twice). We called the property manager (I never complain, ever, but I’m confident in saying the living room and kitchen were “picked up” at best and not fully cleaned). They did send someone over but I had already spent my first hour there cleaning because I was too scared to wait. The lady that came was very nice and wasn’t typically a cleaner but did go around cleaning things that were missed by the original cleaner. Overall I would not book this room again

Splash Resort Has Gone Downhill

We have previously stayed at splash Resort for 4 years but havent been on site since 2020, so overall we are very familiar with this Resort and it's normal condition. We were amazed at the condition of the property and how much it has gone downhill in the last two years. Splash pad was broken, lazy river was broken, filter system on the pool was broken the last two days of our stay causing food and debris to be floating in the pool, the concrete drains by the pool on the west tower were clogged causing standing water and debris everywhere, and toilets in the bathroom on the east tower were broken. Not to mention the additional cleanliness issues of the resort, broken tile, ripped off baseboards, very dirty elevators. In the parking garage the drainage pipes are broken and the 3rd level is being flooded with water when it rains. It's clear that no upkeep is being done on the Resort. As far as our room, it was average. It's not in as good of condition as advertised online and is just getting very worn. Walls and doors are scraped up, lock on the bathroom is broken, refrigerator is not cooling food properly, linens and bedspreads are very worn, bed spread was very dirty when we arrived, both showers have mold growing in the corners, and mold growing around the base of the toilets. For as much as you pay to stay in this room and Resort, things should not be in this condition. We will not be back to Splash again.

Great condo at an amazing resort

Splash is our favorite resort and this condo was awesome! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had the most perfect balcony view. Plus we really loved that it came with beach chairs included!
