I’ll start with the positives, nice location, nice pool and easy check in. Issue #1 What we found overall disappointing, was the lack of care of the property. Several areas were dirty and unkept (the property is for sale so I’m guessing they don’t care to maintain the property). I reached out about the lack of cleaning and arranged a time for the cleaners to visit while we were in the home. Instead of coming at the agreed time, they decided to come in to the space an hour earlier (when we were NOT home). When they left, they left the door unlocked with our valuables inside the home unsecured. This is completely unacceptable and when I reached out to Avante mgmt their response was oh sorry, we’ll do better next time. Issue #2 broken, rusted and stained outdoor furniture. One of the appeals of the property was the top floor outdoor balcony they show in the photos. We were excited to enjoy this but found it was unusable due to unkept space and furniture. When I requested a new chair be brought to exchange the broken one, they just left it on the 1st floor porch expecting us to bring it to the top balcony and didn’t even have the wherewithal to remove the broken and unsafe chair from the property. The table to sit at, was completely rusted and not safe for any of our family members to sit at without the risk of getting injured. The second floor balcony had a hornets nest with hornets flying all over so that was unusable as well. I would not recommend this property!
