Our stay at Rosemary Beach and our stay at our Vrbo was simply amazing. The Vrbo was perfect for our needs and accommodated six adults remarkably well. It was situated so close to the beach and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shopping right in the same vicinity. The beach was magazine perfect. We could not have expected better if I had any suggestions for the owner of the VRBO? It would be to offer more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two stock up the utensils a little bit better as we did not have enough teaspoons. I know those are minor things, but we had to make a trip to the grocery store just to buy an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely adored this place! Cute, spacious, and right in the heart of Rosemary. Loved that we had both pool and beach access. Very clean and the property manager was an easy text away (with timely responses) for any questions we had! Would definetly come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at property, It was exactly as described— clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location was amazing

We really enjoyed our time here! You can’t beat the location, and we really appreciated the flexible dates. It provided plenty of space for our family. Our only recommendation is that some things could be updated- especially the dishwasher and some bathrooms. Overall though it was great and we would stay there again! Location is everything to us!

Awesome Top Floor Condo in Rosemary

Large condo with plenty of room for friends and family. Great kitchen/dining room and living room were perfect for hanging out and socializing, as was the patio with views in nearly every direction. Close to everything in Rosemary and very enjoyable place to stay for the week!

Girl get away

Communication when we got there was bad I could not get a hold of anyone that knew what was going on. They would text back. I’ll get back to you. All we wanted to do was leave. Our bags were 60 and 70-year-olds and we had to drag our bags From 11 AM until we could check in at 4 PM. They would not let us leave our bags anywhere that was annoying.

Almost perfect...

Three adult couples shared this space for 5 nights and we all had plenty of room. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio is a cool hangout space. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom. We used the outside parking space for our rental and stored our 6 bikes in the garage. The absolute BEST thing about this condo is the location. It couldn't be any more perfect for walking to the beach, pools, restaurants, etc. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay here again in the future. The one con: the Primary bedroom was dirty on our arrival. There were long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow, and large clumps of hair on the rug. There was also some trash under the bed. There were more black hairs inside and outside the primary shower. We didn't notify management, we just took care of it. But the cleaning crew definitely could have done more.

Needs work

Pros: location cannot be beat. Cons: Safety concern: when we arrived I was surprised to learn that one of the doors to one of the (four) patios could be easily pushed open. This was a concern because it was in the room with the bunkbed. On top of that, the railing on the patio (four stories up) was rotting and loose. Cleanliness: several stains on the sheets and bedding. Lots of hair and even a large strip of used fake eyelashes on the master bathroom floor. Lighting: ultraviolet lights throughout makes it feel like you’re in an office. Property Manager: when I reached out to let them know about the door not locking he said I was the first to complain, which I found odd. They then said they would come fix it the following day and would contact me before they arrived. They didn’t contact us before they came the next day while we were out and used a pliers to move the door into a locked position which rendered that door/patio unusable. There was no explanation but when I asked they said the heat makes the door expand. Lastly, I’m never opposed to a $500 prepay for incidentals however in their checkout communication they say they will “charge $75 for ANY trash left in the house.”

Excellent location but needs updating on the interior

The interior is not comfortable and bedding and most of the furniture needs a major refresh for the amount of money they ask for a night. The location is wonderful but if they would update the interior they could have a real gem! It also needs more electrical outlets for today’s lifestyle
