Great pet friendly rental on 30A. Gave us easy access to Seaside for tennis and Alys Beach for the wedding we were in town for. Will definitely rent again!

Fantastic Host, answered all the questions I had. Host has lots of extra pool toys, wagon and a LEV. Very clean and even had a welcoming basket full of goodies. Very dog friendly. Pool was amazing for kids and adults.I am starting to plan my next vacation here next years.

Wonderful stay in 30A!

The house was the perfect space for our family of 4! The house itself had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. The location of the house was ideal-short walking distance to the pool and The Big Chill. We used our golf cart to explore the area, and the novelty of golf cart riding never wore off for any of us! The two main beach access points were 5-10 min away via cart, and the beaches were beautiful. The whole area was very family friendly, with plenty of opportunities for adventures and good food. We will be back!

Great place!

Great place to stay! It had everything we needed. The owner provided a lot of information on the area and was very prompt with communication. The community was great for families as there was a very nice pool as well as shopping and dining across the street. The unit was walkable to both. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

A great stay at the beach

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. The communication with the host was excellent leading up to our stay as well as during our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. It was really nice having a golf cart included to get to and from the beach, and we enjoyed the community pool. Overall we had a great time and hope to return. Thank you!

Awesome Rental

The place was perfect. Clean, easy check-in, great communication from the owner, and great location with easy accessibility to the beach and the hub. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! This place is a must for us to come back to.

Stay at Merry Way!

Just got back from an amazing trip! We have stayed in Prominence before but this is our first time at MW. The communication was great. Everything you needed to know about the condo came well in advance and included things about the area as well. Check-in/out was super easy. You don’t need to pack anything but what you will put on your body. The condo is overstocked with anything and everything you could need - fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, clothes iron, beach towels, beach chairs, tons of toys, anything you could need for a baby with comfortable beds and good towels! The golf cart is perfect for the short 2 minute ride down to Deer Lake Par for the beach. The beach is not crowded at all. The only downside is it’s a bit of a walk down but it’s a beautiful nature walk. Bring a wagon and you will be good to go! Can’t wait to stay again.

Merry Way

Beautiful, clean, townhouse in a fantastic location. Our host was extremely accessible and attentive. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever. However, I’m certain that Steve would have addressed them immediately, had there been any concerns. We come to the area every year, and would definitely consider staying here again.
