Family Vacation

We had a great time spending a week long family vacation. London was always responsive when I contacted her. The condo had everything we needed and was so spacious with us and our 3 kids. The view was amazing too.

This is truly the best of the best! Highly recommend this unit

From the amazing commutation with the rental group, to the impeccable design and functionality of the unit, to the phenomenal views - this unit is perfect! We can’t wait to go back and are grateful that these folks thought of everything! We wanted for nothing. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. It was just the two of us but it would’ve easily accommodated 6-8.

Absolutely wonderful, clean and comfortable in every aspect. Beautifully maintained!! Excellent location. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and any place you want to go in the area. The owner has given special attention to every detail. We recommend it highly and would definitely stay there again. The management company is EXCELLENT!!!

Great trip!

The property was EXACTLY as pictured in the photos! Very nice condominium, very clean and up to date and great location! Very easy check in access. I also loved the response timing with VRBO on any questions that I needed to ask. Great complimentary services with 2 free beach chairs+extra beach towels. We really appreciated that, considering it is beach chair fees daily. Great appliances inside the room, we had everything that we needed to cook a family dinner! Very peaceful property. Over all a great experience with booking through vrbo+the property. We enjoyed our family trip. Will definitely re-book!

Excellent property and service!!

We loved everything about our stay here.... From the lovely accommodations and decor, where we had everything we needed for our home away from home, to the attentiveness of the property manager, who checked in with us throughout our stay, to the picturesque view from the condo with amazing sunsets. We cooked in most of the time and found the kitchen nicely stocked with cooking essentials. The bathrooms were well stocked too, including shampoo, conditioner and soap (a rarity in other condos I've rented). We had a fabulous vacation and very much enjoyed our stay on the beach; will rent here again should we return to the area! Would highly recommend this rental.

Loved our stay

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Everything was luxurious. We loved that the complex was smaller and therefore the beach wasn’t as packed. It was also very convenient to have 2 sets of beach chairs. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property! Location is wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful home! If we come back to PCB we would definitely stay here again. The only complaint we had would be that people with low profile vehicles are inconsiderate and park near the street and not under the building. Large profile cars do not fit under the building. Golf carts should definitely park under the building!

Awesome place

The property was exactly as shown in the pics. Very up to date...loved the decor and lights. Loved the openness of the den and kitchen and the rooms were very nice size. I rented this because I loved that the second room was big enough for all the kids to sleep. The beach was great, not crowded at all. I like that we had beach service included in our rental but I wish the chairs were placed closer to the water. Pool for the condo was fair...it was small but we made it work. Take wash cloths because we had only one furnished. They had beach towels provided and that was a nice plus. Oh, and each bathroom had shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided in full sizes...that was awesome! Overall, this was an excellent rental and I would definitely rent again!

Best condo in PCB!! Hands Down!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was top of the line. The mattresses were so comfy and the showers were amazing. This condo has everything you could need. Rachael was so nice and helpful with anything that we needed. The actual condo complex was great too. We had no issues with parking and I’m so glad it was not crowded on our beach. My only regret with this condo is that we didn’t find it sooner. In all the years we have been visiting PCB We have never stayed in a nicer place. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Very Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Especially since it was our first family vacation with both of our kids and our Wedding (on the beach) There were NO complaints on the condo at all. Was actually better than we expected. We did have parking issues 2 nights but when I sent messages to the owner/manager of our Condo she quickly gave us other options. Extremely Happy with our stay

PCB first-timer

This condo is great! A+. We loved the updated decor, especially the LEDs! So fun to see it lit up from the beach at night. Almost everything we needed to feel at home was provided in the unit. The beds/bedding were very comfy! Wonderful towels for both bath and beach. The beach attendant, Brad, is totally B-RAD! He’s so awesome and helpful! It was a really nice visit. PCB may be a little short staffed, and everyone is grouchy and on edge, so be sure to be kind and tip your servers! It makes a huge difference. Not sure we would return, but if we do, W702 would be our choice for lodging.

Summer Vacation at Seachase

Overall this property was fantastic. Newly updated and very clean. My only concern with cleanliness were the Windows which were streaked (especially in the living room). The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all which we really appreciated. The location was a little far from popular restaurants but no complaints other than that. Very pleased with our overall experience!

Relaxing Adult Vacay

My husband, friends, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a nice welcome basket filled with goodies and maps of the area. The condo was beautiful with newly updated and modern fixtures. The views of the beach were top-notch and could be seen from every room. We immediately felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our kid-free week. Everything we could possibly need was made available to us. Any questions we had for the property owners were addressed and answered in a timely manner. The beach service was amazing. The check-in and check-out process went seamlessly, and the location was close to restaurants and different things to do. We left feeling renewed and refreshed. My husband and I hope to, one day, bring our boys back to visit.

Well appointed newly renovated condo in PCB

Our stay at this condo was nice. The condo has been recently renovated and we all thought it had beautiful touches. We especially loved the large open floor plan, and the two sets of beach chairs that came with our stay. The only thing we didn’t realize, was that the “bunk room” was in the same room as the two double beds. This wasn’t necessarily a problem, but both our teen son and daughter had brought friends, which could have been uncomfortable. The owners were very easy to work with, and helped remedy a small issue with the toilet even though it happened over a holiday weekend. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Beautiful escape right on the beach!

Gorgeously remodeled condo right on the beach with a view to die for! The decor is very modern, clean and crisp. My husband and I brought our 3 kids (13, 14, and 20 years old) here for a week long family vacation. We were greeted with a lovely gift basket and a list of ideas/suggestions on what to do around in the area, which was very helpful. The kids had a blast with the LED lights and Alexa in their room. Many amenities were provided throughout the condo including: kitchenware, a coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent, beach towels, and best of all, a cordless vacuum - which was almost necessary considering how hard it is to not drag in sand from the beach! The beds were comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The beach service included 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas which was perfect. Communication with the property manager, Sally, was very prompt and easy. Overall, a great location and wonderful place to stay. If ever back in Panama City Beach, we would definitely stay here again!
