I was very please with our stay here. There was a small issue with cleaning but the host was very responsive and took immediate action to rectify it. The location was great, we had everything we needed in the condo. I also like that it came with the beach chair service, that was nice since we had a 2 year old. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it and we had a great time on our vacation.

Another wonderful stay at Emerald Beach!Room was quiet during my stay despite being close to the elevators. Two were down for maintenance going to the beachside pool but no big deal short walk to the other set of four.Room was clean cool and comfy and the Host was prompt in response to any questions.

DEFINITE REDO SPOT! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. It was perfectly centralized to not only shops, activities and St. Andrew's Park, but to elevators and the trash chute. The bed was comfortable and this is coming from someone who travels with a bedtopper for my back. I didn't even need it this trip! The balcony was perfect! My husband wants to know where you bought your chairs because we want them! Vickie was so quick with her responses and very helpful. The building and facilities were clean. The gym was large and had everything we needed. The pools were large and clean. The free chairs were SO perfect for us bc we never had to "fight" for a spot on the beach. We showed up and our chairs were there and ready for us. You don't realize the ease of that convenience until you have it! The staff at building were always nice, friendly and helpful.

A perfect beachfront getaway!

I recently stayed at this condo and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with breathtaking ocean views, and the soothing sound of waves. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything I needed, from a well quick kitchen to complementary beach set up. Waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning was magical, and the private balcony with gliding Adirondack chairs, was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is unbeatable, steps from the sand and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. She even let us check in early. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat, or a fun beach escape, this Condo truly has it all and I can’t wait to return!

Pleasantly surprised

We usually go to Fort Myers Beach, Clearwater, or Marco Island. Our stay was wonderful at PCB. The beach and clear blue ocean water was so relaxing. The communication with Vickie was quick and she answered all of my many questions. The bonus at Vickie’s condo was the free beach chair and umbrella rentals. The bed was quite comfortable. Sharky’s and Runaway Island House are great restaurants on the beach.

Perfect vacation spot- right on the beach

We had a great time at Vickie’s place! Communication was prompt and thorough. The condo itself was just as pictured…the pools were amazing for the kids, when we got sick of the sand.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is decorated beautifully with attention to detail and higher end furnishings. It's a truly relaxing and comfortable place to spend time in PCB. The view from the balcony is top notch, but it's not so high that you feel queasy looking over the rail. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the master has a lot of pillows. The balcony chairs are much nicer than most, and they swivel and rock, which made time time spent looking at the ocean even better. The condo was very clean, except there was some sand still on the floor, but I think that's just to be expected. The ocean was churning with double red flags our entire stay, so there was no swimming except for the pools. We ate at Zollo's, and it's the best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend the Chicken basil pesto pizza, and my family loved the pineapple/ham pizza. We ate at Senor Frogs, and the food was not that great, but the atmosphere was fun. The young adults spent a day at Shipwreck Island and another day at Pier Park. They enjoyed both very much. We highly recommend the Dark XD virtual ride at Pier Park. Overall, this was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. The condo was top notch, and I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate

This is our 2nd time staying at The Emerald Beach Resort and it won’t be our last. It will most likely be the place we stay on all future PCB trips. The condo was immaculate. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will book this particular condo on all future stays at The Emerald Beach Resort. FYI, Zollo’s pzza across the street from the resort is hands down the best pizza in PCB.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing view

This place was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. The free beach chairs was a huge plus. The balcony chairs are absolutely the best. We really enjoyed them. The resort was very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and we plan on coming back.

Perfect getaway

Perfect long weekend getaway! Condo had everything we needed, was just as listed and check-in was easy. Loved having the beach chairs at the beach and spent each morning on the balcony drinking coffee with a beautiful view. The location was great! We could walk a short distance to a few restaurants or walk about a mile to Pier Park for multiple options. Would definitely recommend to a couple or even a couple with children because of the bunk beds. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beach condo. We had a relaxing time, it was just what we needed.

Great room

We loved our stay. The room was just as advertised and the location was great. I specifically enjoyed the chairs on the balcony and the kids loved being able to close the curtains to the bunk beds. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
