Welcome to Aqua Resort Unit 1206! This 1 bedroom, plus bunk room condo has everything you need for relaxation and fun in our slice of paradise! You will enjoy INCREDIBLE gulf views from the master bedroom, bathroom, and living room from the 12th floor of this resort.

Aqua Resort has a coffee bar and gift shop on site. They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more! There is also a poolside eating area.

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ocean view and a flatscreen TV. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from the balcony of this 12th floor beauty! The bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a door for privacy. The second full bath has a shower and tub combination. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed.

You will also find a washer/ dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Aqua Resort just opened their new coffee bar and gift shop. They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more! There is also a poolside eating area.

You have access to all of this as well as the incredible pools, hot tub, and fitness center.

Parking: 2 parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $35 plus tax per vehicle, per stay.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!

Overall the property is exactly how it is listed and however they need to update the furniture specifically the sofa and bed. Also the kitchen supplies is limited barely had drinking glassware. Also the door code wasn’t working and we tried to call management and they were delayed in answering.

Better than Nothing

Location was perfect on the strip. Check in was a pain and codes given were incorrect due the property changing them every so often for security purposes. It was upsetting that the unit did not come with much including beach chairs or umbrella or toys to choose from. Also, there was an extreme shortage on towels and bath cloths for our family. They only provide 1-2 towels and rags for a 4-day stay. The hotel elevators do not have any Air conditioning. The patio was an ok size with a decent view however not sure that rocking chairs are the best option for a relaxing for a beach stay. Overall unit needs some upgrades and hotel is a bit overrated. Pillow cases had stains on them too and were deflated and small. Only 2 were on the queen bed.

My fiancé and I stayed at Aqua 2/20-2/26 for our wedding over the weekend. Tried to use the washer Thursday and it would not work. Contacted Joe and he come over within a few hours with extra wash cloths. Technician was called and over on Friday and the washer was not repairable and out of order our entire stay. We were offered a washer in a spare unit but only one load was able to be done due to wedding plans and guests checking in. We had to drag wet clothes from a lower unit to our upper unit. I know this is no fault of the owner, but we felt more could have been done from Rent and Relax Vacation Rentals. Having a working washer is a perk staying in a condo so you don’t take dirty laundry home with you and it’s nice to have fresh towels. We contacted Rent and Relax again on Saturday and expressed the issue again regarding having no washer and also the filthy balcony. Lots of pigeon poo. Was told We would be contacted Saturday and never received a call. The iron needs to be replaced as it was broken and scorched. I had to buy one to iron wedding clothes. Also I would suggest a fitted sheet to lay on instead of a flat sheet as we would wake up every morning wadded up in it. We have stayed at Aqua numerous times and will return but probably not with Rent and Relax Vacation Rentals.
