The condo is beautiful and very clean. Our biggest issue was the elevators. There was only one elevator working for the whole complex. Luckily we are able to climb steps. If the elevators were working, it would have been the perfect get away.

Family vacation

Everything was listed super accurate! Very nice very clean. I was thrilled that the listing had the beach wagon to help tote stuff to/from the beach everyday and even the car. It also had an array of different beach/pool toys, even an umbrella we were able to use at the beach.The ONLY downfalls is the parking garage (very tight fit) & the elevator had two down at one point, and had wait times very long for quite awhile before finally opting to take the stairs. . Everything else was amazing! Will definitely be back!

The condo, the beach view, the oversized balcony and all the amenities were nearly perfect, but the parking was horrid! Our assigned parking spot meant my drivers side door was against a rough concrete wall & the spaces were so narrow I was forced to squeeze out causing my doors to get scraped. Two of the three elevators were working, the wait time was long & the cars were full when they arrived so we usually took the steps. I give it 4 stars because the condo itself was great.

Perfect Location

I will for sure consider staying at the property again! The building is located at the end of a bunch of tall hotels - you can't put tents on the beach where the rental chairs are but since this is at the end, there was plenty of space for people to put up tents! Once we parked, we never got back in the car - we walked to restaurants and activities! It was actually double red flags the whole time but since there's an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub, my kids were entertained and the balcony is big so I just sat there enjoying the sun and breeze!

Excellent rental!

Condo is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Fully stock kitchen as far as pots/pans/toater oven, stovetop and range, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Unit is beautifully decorated, quiet, and so enjoyable to sit on patio for breakfast and also in late vending for spectacular sunsets. The on-site garage parking is very tricky with narrow spaces, it take a bit of getting used to. They gentlemen at the security gates were also great sources of info regarding our stay. We were blessed by the use of an over-size beach cart, which was present in laundry room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Sea Ya At The Beach for your rental needs!

Beautiful View, Great Location

This family vacation will be remembered forever. This condo is beautiful , you can tell the owners really care about the property. It was comfortable ,beautifully decorated, has everything you need to cook or go to the beach and in the prefect location. The pool and hot tube were clean and the staff was very polite. It was a perfect family vacation. I would give it more stars if I could.

Beautiful home very clean had more than what I expected! Easy check in. Family oriented place to go to the beach! Condo has everything you will need and more. Beds very comfortable very spacious and one of the biggest balcony I have stayed at in Panama City Beach!!!

The parking deck is awful

It was hard getting in and out of the parking deck. If you are driving a SUV it takes a lot of turns and backing up just to get to the next level.

Stunning Views!

We had a perfect stay at the Ocean Reef condo in Panama City Beach! The view was spectacular, and the condo was impeccably clean and well-equipped with extras like boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella. The beds were very comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the balcony. We spent time every day on the balcony, enjoying lunch, having a drink, or reading a book. I highly recommend this place! The only downside was the parking garage, which was a bit chaotic, but that’s beyond the condo owner’s control.

Beach stay

We loved the condo! Very easy check in. Property owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. Easy access to Pier Park and all of the restaurants. Walking distance to Runaway Island (great food!) and to a little ice cream shop across the street. Will most definitely stay here again!

Be aware of the parking garage

Great place to stay. Beautiful view on the huge balcony. Just be aware when opening your hatchback on your suv in the parking garage because mine didn’t clear the ceiling and it caught a water line and it tore my paint off of my brand new suv.

Great place to make memories

Our family had a wonderful time here. The décor adds to a getaway at the beach and the balcony was used as much as the living area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Check in is at 4:00 and I received a call at about ten till to give me the code to get into the condo. There is only one parking spot that is reserved for the condo. There are eight additional spaces if available, we tried to use the one in the reserved spot to go do any errands, and left the other car in the additional parking spot. We were fortunate to have both on the premise all week, except for one evening and we parked across the street in that instance. I loved that this isn’t an area with side by side condos, so the beach was not as crowded. We enjoyed eating out at Sharky’s, Capt. Anderson’s and Runaway Island which we walked to since it is less than 100 yards up the beach. The only drawback would be the elevators. One was down all week leaving only two available. So if you want to take a cart down to the beach you should do so early or you will be waiting awhile to do so. We had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed out time here.
