This unit has seen better days. The bathroom was unpleasant. The wallpaper was peeling off, the grout around the tub was disgusting. The plug on the tub didn’t close, so no baths only showers.
The kitchen and bathroom cupboards were scuffed and watermarked. A new carpet had recently been installed, but no baseboards had been replaced.
The kitchen was minimally supplied. 4 spoons, 4 forks etc. plastic bowls which could not be microwaved and one giant glass bowl.
Cheap sheets ( one set), an extra blanket which haven’t been washed in years . I couldn’t wash it because it was too large to fit into the washing machine. The closet has old cardboard and a roll of extra carpet left in it. The cushions on the counter seats were stained and loose.
Overall, this small patio NEVER sees the sun. There is a big overhang above ( another deck) and it faces another building which blocks any sun. It may be nice in the summer, but we were there in March and would have liked to sit outside in the sunshine. We were there for twelve day… eleven days to long.
The picture shown is a fair representation of the unit, but the closeup details were what really mattered.
