Large condo with adequate furnishings and pleasant views

We just spent 2 months at this condo and enjoyed our stay. Our daughter with family as well as friends stayed for short periods as well and the space was more than adequate. The entire condo is carpeted except for the tiled kitchen and bath room floors. We liked the kitchen where we prepared almost all of our meals. Dishes and silverware were adequate but we bought 2 extra mugs, some soup spoons, and some place mats for the glass top dining room table. Towels and bed linens were clean and plentiful but there were no pool towels. Starter supplies of soaps, shampoo, and dish detergent were there upon arrival. A small laundry basket would have been helpful so we bought one. The beds and vintage Tommy Bahama furniture were comfortable but the patio furniture was in deplorable shape, literally unraveling and rusting. There are no coat hooks in the hallway. Ceilings and kitchen cabinets are very high and there was no ladder or step stool available so we were unable to change the 3 burnt-out light bulbs. The unit manager Valarie from itrip Vacations in Flagler Beach was very responsive and helpful, especially when we experienced a water leak from the ceiling in the master bath during our stay. It was addressed and repaired by replacing the shower pan in the unit above us just before we left. Entire resort quite upscale with meticulous landscaping and extreme security (we had to present a paper copy of our visitor pass every time we entered property). Oceanside heated lap pool!

Great condo

The inside of the condo was great. Fully stocked kitchen and the most amazing carpets and back patio! The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned but clean other than that. Only other issue was the living room tv, the instructions weren’t really helping and we struggled the whole time (and my husband is pretty tech savvy). Short walk to beach and the pools were nice.

Clay’s Graduation

Property was beautiful as listed. There was a lack of typically used items including laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and other spices as we have seen at other VRBO properties. The kitchen knives were dull and there was no cutting board. No beach chairs, umbrellas or children’s beach toys. We were air travelers so obviously couldn’t bring with us. The beach was gorgeous and the swimming pools wonderful. The snapper sandwich at the Grille was delicious. Overall a wonderful property. Liked that it has 24 hour security. Wonderful place to stay if traveling by vehicle and can bring the things mentioned above. We were here for my grandson’s graduation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and grateful we came.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at a number of Cinnamon Beach condos, and this one was the one I’ve liked most. Why? Our weather wasn’t good, but since the balcony overlooks the lake, we had more sun and less wind than ocean front and ocean view units. Second, the unit was very clean. In addition, the property managers were quickly responsive to a minor cable tv problem we encountered, and through them, we were able to meet one of their very gracious employees. The unit is furnished as pictured in the photos. For whatever reason, the stainless appliances had been removed and replaced with outdated ones, but they were clean and worked fine. To be honest, some upgrades are needed, but all things considered, the location and cleanliness of this condo and the conscientious management team made for a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful property!

Palm Coast is a wonderful, peaceful, quiet place to vacation. This condo is clean and very nice with a beautiful view and a very short walk to the beach and spectacular pool! We will definitely return!

Wonderful stay in a lovely condo

Our group of 4 had a wonderful vacation in this very clean and spacious condo. We really enjoyed the large balcony with the view of the lake and we easily walked over to the beach. This is a great beach for walking and seeing the spectacular sunrises. The condo had everything one would need for preparing meals and was very comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you!

Family trip

The condo was great! Beautiful and had all necessary items we needed. We loved the pool and the lake was gorgeous. We were disappointed to find the beach was a bit different than we were used to. It wasn't a traditional sandy beach. Rather it was what appeared to be crushed seashells (but not sharp) and large rocks covered the beach and in the water making it not conducive to staying for a lengthy time. It was beautiful and a short walk so that was a plus. The subdivision was quite large and took several minutes to exit to main road. In order to go to main attractions, you would have to drive to Daytona or Saint Augustine. But both are beautiful areas and not a bad drive on the coast. Overall we really enjoyed it. Just wished we didn't have to drive to a beach 15 minutes away in order to actually have lengthy beach time.

Beautiful property and excellent location

We stayed with two adults and four teenagers. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk through the parking lot. Super close and easy access. The back deck overlooks the lake, and we saw plenty of turtles, ducks, and birds. We spent very little time inside and didn’t cook other than the teens making frozen pizzas, but there were plenty of dishes and silverware. The coffee pot took standard basket filters and was used multiple times a day without an issue. Definitely recommend this property!

Very clean, lovely

We had a great stay. Condo worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The entire place is carpeted, which I liked having 2 little kids but may not be to everyone's liking. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. 10 minute walk to the pool.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the view of turtles and alligators. The condo was nice and clean. The pools and beaches were wonderful, the beach did not really allow for swimming as large rocks are right at the beach line. We swam in the pools every day or multiple times a day. The location was an easy ride between st. Augustine and Daytona if you wan to tour them. Security and gate entry was easy. Only recommendation would be to have plastic bowls for snack foods. Overall great place to stay.
