We stayed at this rental property for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The host was easy to reach and helpful. The unit was spacious and clean, meeting all of our needs. We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot to vacation

Had a great time here. Hard to beat the ocean view and the property is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and facilities.

Great location

Beautiful property, right on the beach! Sunrises each morning were amazing to see! Condo was a good size for six people. I would highy recommend staying here.

Cinnamon escape

Great property in a great neighborhood. Plenty of amenities to provide for an active or layed back vacation. Quiet beach is good for families. Sue was a great host.

We rented this property for two months. It was beautiful!

This was such a fun experience. We have three children (married) and during our stay each child and their families spent a different week with us. It was so nice and roomy. We absolutely loved it here!

Great Thanksgiving getaway

The condo and property was perfect for our family. Sue was a great host and responded immediately to questions. The beach area is probably not great for fishing or ocean play due to the natural reef. The pool area was amazing tho.

Wonderful place!

The place was beautiful. Lots of little touches, decorations were tasteful and very welcoming. Our host was the BEST!! The quiet pool was absolutely gorgeous! It was nice to have a family pool and the option for a quiet pool too. We enjoyed the beach as well. There were no negatives to our visit. We will be back!

Wonderful, Quiet spot on the beach

Fantastic stay. Location was great and we were there at a very quiet time. The location managers were very communicative and helpful at every step of the way. We got the location for a good price and we were very happy with the stay. The kitchen's dishes could have been more clean. And some things like the measuring cups need to be replaced.

Just as described

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were quite comfortable. There were plenty of beach towels. We have been coming to cinnamon beach now for 6 years and this is one of the nicest overall. Sue was great in providing all information needed for check in and during our stay.

Beautiful vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. Our adult kids enjoyed the work-out facilities and we all enjoyed the beach-side adult pool. The condo itself was comfortable and well maintained. The owners put much thought into the comfort of their guests. The only negatives were (1) the rocky reef in the beach made playing or cooling off in the ocean rather difficult, and (2) the rules at the adult pool were not maintained so there were children with balls and toys. These were minor inconveniences, however, and would not prevent us from from returning. Overall, it was an enjoyable vacation spot.

Wonderful

The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open, the rug in the kitchen folded up around the edges and master bedroom windows did not open. These were the only negatives about our unit. Sue offered to fix the rug and the door, but it did not matter to us. The place was amazing. We could not be happier with the location, the amount of room, Sue ( the rental agent), I liked the tight security of a gated community, the beach was only steps away, the kitchen was well stocked, supplies for the beach were fantastic, wifi was great, etc. etc etc. We would definitely go to Cinnamon Beach again and definitely stay at this property. Thanks for everything Sue!!!

Gorgeous Condo and View!

This place was so nice and up-to-date with everything you would need for your stay. The beds were super comfortable and the view couldn't be any better from the 4th floor. Everything was modern and up-to-date with nothing in disrepair which is rare for many VRBOs. The owner provides everything you need for the beach, too - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Sue also was great at providing suggestions for restaurants and activities which are also listed in the welcome book. This is a gated community so the beach was never crowded at all which was nice. The only negative is the rocks that line pretty much the entire beach. This is not a beach to go to if you or your kids want to frolic in the ocean or you will be scraping your legs. Lookup pictures of Cinnamon Beach to see what I mean. It's fine if you just want to dip in and cool off after tanning for a bit though. A lot of the sand is actually very fine crushed shells from them hitting the rocks. It's fine to walk on - just different. One other small negative - the windows in the master suite do not open - I was hoping to hear the ocean at night while I slept but couldn't. Also, the adult pool is sooo nice and quiet with a great view of the ocean as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider returning!
