Staying in Mickey's house was heaven on earth for our family. The house is very well appointed with absolutely everything you would need and more! It felt like home away from home. Mickey and his wife are so thoughtful and intentional throughout the process, from local suggestions to every item in the house. It was super clean and beautiful. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning and our little ones so loved the tide pools around the rocks at low tide. Thank you for such excellent accommodations - the best vacation rental ever!

How Many Ways Can I Say Best Vacation Ever

Mickey and his wife are THE best hosts! From the beginning to the end of our stay, they were readily available to answers questions and offer suggestions for things to do.Now on to the property. Immaculate, well stocked, great location and views. Terrific deck. Friendly neighbors. We walked the beach. We road bikes. Every beach toy and the bicycles were provided by the hosts.

Beach Oasis

We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The house was perfect for our family of three and we had plenty of room for more if we needed it. Beautiful view of the ocean from master bedroom and upstairs living area, steps away from the beach which is what we were wanting! Home was fully furnished and stocked with everything you could need for cooking, bedding, laundry, beach supplies, bathing and comfort! The owners were very responsive and have thought of everything for when it comes to directions for their home and to make your stay as smooth as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the rocks on the beach for our 16month old as they gave him plenty of mini swimming pools to play in and lots of wildlife we got to see including dolphins, Turtles, birds, and crabs. Flagger Beach was not far away and had plenty of food options for the evening time. We plan to come back soon and look forward to our next visit at Palm Coast

Excellence at its best!!!

This property is everything you see in the pics and more. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of pillows, a state of the art shower in the master bath, super comfy sectional in both upstairs & downstairs living are, very specious kitchen with plenty of storage. Excellent seating for dining both inside and outside dining. Many, many perks like the fire pit table on the deck. We had a great time gathering around it for a beautiful summer night overlooking the beach. Excellent parking and great location not too far from activities but far enough you don’t feel like a crowded tourist. We have had the privilege of working with many awesome owners & gorgeous properties for our family vacations and this beach house and its owners rank at the very top of our best of the best list! Everything was incredibly clean, the owners had great communication and supplied more than enough items in the house for our use than we could’ve imagined. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our friends stayed nearby that came over for an impromptu dinner and we were able to host a fabulous taco bar dinner party with our family and our friends as our guests and had absolutely everything we needed! I truly felt right at home! Great smart tvs. The fireplace in the living room below the tv is mesmerizing and calming! The beach is beautiful too! Beautiful lush greenery leading to the beach where the ocean was beautiful hues of blue and gorgeous rock. We had the entire beach to ourselves all week! Perfection!

We loved the house! It was very clean and the owners we awesome to work with. Quick to reply to any questions/concerns. The location was great. It was our best VRBO to rent to date. Hopefully we can return some time soon.

Beach house

The house was very comfortable and had everything anyone would need or want. The view of the beach and ocean could not have been better. One of the best locations and rental house we have stayed in. The hosts were helpful with check in and out and could not have been any nicer. I feel like I have known them forever, even though we never met in person. I highly recommend staying here if you are in this area. Great kitchen, bedroom and outdoor areas with more beds and bath downstairs with another living area, which we didn’t need. Also came with remote for garage door( extra nice)

Don’t hesitate, book now!

This was our family’s second time staying at this house and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Our children (ages 3 and 6) love playing and swimming in the tide pools that form near the rocks at low tide; they even caught a few small fish with their nets! Mickey was an exceptional host and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall great experience and highly recommend to anyone!

Beachfront in Marineland, FL

This is a new, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, beachfront home. The hosts were terrific and immediately answered any questions we had. There was a myriad of games for any rainy days. The beach is scattered with coquina rock and the home is a short walk/bike ride from a State Park. A 15-mile paved walking/bike trail runs directly in front of the house. We'd definitely recommend this home.

Best vacation ever!

This rental is immaculate. The photos on here do not do it justice. The beach is stunning; when the tide was out there was a clearing in the rocks that allowed easy access to the ocean. My children ( 2 and 5 years old) were endlessly entertained by the tide pools that formed around the rocks where they found little fish and crabs, and splashed and played for hours. My husband enjoyed fishing from the shore, we found some beautiful shells, and most of all our kids had the time of their lives! We can’t wait to come back!

Privacy at its finest

The owners we talked to personally were so nice and if we had issues could contact them. The house was very nice. The beds, showers, kitchen. Amazing. Myself, family and parents loved it. It's so private. The rocks we actually enjoyed as it was like we had the beach to ourselves. No crowding nothing. We would definitely come back here and the owners are awesome.

Blown Away!

This property is amazing! Location is perfect! House is phenomenal! Ocean view with direct access to beach. Deck with gorgeous view. Outdoor fireplace, grill, garage, plenty of outdoor seating. If you are looking at this property stop looking and rent. You will not be disappointed at all. Highly recommend and we will book again.

Great House, Great Location-Expectations Exceeded

This was my first time traveling to Florida to snowbird for the month of February and first time staying in this particular area of Florida. I wasn’t sure what to expect on so many levels. All of my expectations were not only met but far exceeded. The home is new, super clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the large windows is impressive to say the least and if you aren’t one to venture out to the beach, you still get to experience the beauty and sound of the ocean from the upper main level and the covered porch that runs almost its entire length. The portion of beach is so unique and I had never seen or even heard of the coquina rocks which extend in both directions. My daughter and her children enjoyed being out there almost every day, finding amazing shells and splashing in the tide pools and digging in the wide swath of sand during low tide. Very private with only a few people here and there taking walks. The surrounding area is also very laid back, not what I expected being right on the A1A but with a grocery store 5 minutes south along with some local restaurants and a great little food truck at Marineland within walking distance to the north. Within 15 minutes you have everything else you need along with some really nice parks and natural features to explore. Mickey is a great host and so easy to communicate with. He and his wife provided a detailed home guide which helped us so much. They were also quick to answer any questions we had throughout our entire stay. To sum it up, it will be difficult to top this first snowbird experience and I highly recommend this home away from home, whether for a short getaway or extended vacation.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

Christmas in St.. Augustine is always magical, and our stay here made it even better. It was our first Christmas with our new granddaughter so having the family all be together was extra special. The two living areas were perfect as our oldest worked remotely for the first part of the week and had ample quiet space for business. The extra touches were much appreciated and added to our enjoyment. A huge thank you to Mickey and Allason!

Completely EXCEEDED expectations!!

This newly built home wad the best oceanfront home we’ve ever said in and we’ve stayed in many. We had an amazing week really appreciated the layout and decor of this perfect home. The king master bed was very comfortable and the king bathroom blew us away. We really appreciated all the amenities and extras, which completely exceeded expectations. The view and proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better in this private area. We can’t wait to return. Thank you again!
