The very first day room’s AC was broken. Next day the room I was moved in had a roach in the toilet which I found right after housekeeping was done. The fridge in my new room was dirty and broken. WiFi was terrible, staff said that’s due to changing rooms. There was a fire drill in the middle of the night that disrupted sleep. Upon asking the front desk for a refund, they referred me to the manager. The manager then told me that I’ve to request the refund through Expedia since I booked through them. Then denied any refund due to their policy. I just don’t understand.

This was the cleanest Hampton inn I have been to! If I had to rate anything lower than excellent, it would be the breakfast. It was good, but the meats and the eggs weren’t great, but everything else was great!

The rooms are large and spacious, but they are old and smell like mould and dog. We all ended up sick from staying here. If you suffer from sinus don’t stay here. Great location bfast was really good.

After a 4 hour drive the last thing you want to have is your room not available yet and waiting almost 30 minutes after being told only 10–15 minutes wait. Sofa bed look and felt dingy. Carpet had marks and worn. Price of stay , did not match environment.
