Beautiful Views

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Nicely decorated with cabin flare. Big windows give you a view of the mountains. Great location to shopping, food and gas station. Parking right outside the door. Management is available immediately.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa and the property manager was wonderful! Helped us with suggestions on places to eat and things to do while there!! The location of the townhome was perfect for the hiking we did, close to downtown and restaurants

Outdated

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The couch in the living room is old and very uncomfortable. The TV is too small. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the coffee pot was dirty with used filter in it when we arrived. Will not be going back.

Perfect Colorado get away

This was a perfect place to stay for our Colorado getaway. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plenty of room. The view was fantastic.

Pagosa birthday weekend

We loved the property! There was so much wild life right outside the balcony. The hummingbirds, ducks, geese, deer, and even bats! We enjoyed the quiet getaway, as well as visiting the hot springs, restaurants, shopping and the beautiful San Juan National Forest!

Basically a very nice property looked just like the pictures. A little short on basic amenities like tissue, garbage bags and pantry. Lighting could be better and parking is in short supply hi. Not much information on streaming services. But the furnishings were comfortable and management was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Dishonest & neglected, but otherwise beautiful

Beautiful location, well-built, but sadly neglected. Listing lies by omission, review criticisms unaddressed for years, amenities dirty and broken. Wife used to clean vacation rentals, would have lost her job for this condition. Great neighbors, though! No AC at all, plug in fans don't work Water damage in ceiling, mold very likely Carpet not vacuumed, dead bugs & pet hair Furniture cracked, frayed, broken Filthy tub, fixtures, stove, walls Large holes in walls Internet down constantly Dusty with cobwebs Knives very dull Pillows smell bad, beds very stiff "Towels" = floor mats, "soap" = sanitizer, empty bottles Fixtures & rods loose & crooked Paint splatter on doors, frames heavily scratched Switch labels missing, old, unreadable Bannisters missing bolt covers (splinters!) Low-res, inaccurate photos in listing

Beautiful views in quiet location

Convenient location for hiking trails, restaurants nearby and City Market. Amazing views of the mountains--we ate on the deck most nights. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We hiked every day, soaked at Healing Water hot springs and went tubing in the river. A perfect vacation!

Great property with views!

The property was very nice and roomy! It had everything we needed. We did not use the kitchen since we only stayed two days and got in late the first night but it was fully stocked. Great location for us. Beautiful with all the snow! We would definitely stay again.

Decor was really cute. Layout was good with each bedroom to have its own bathroom.

Nice property just outside of town, but close to a Walmart. Cute decor and nice layout with 1 bedroom and bathroom on each level.

Felt like Home for a week

Cozy getaway, but was there working in town for job. It was a great place to relax in the evenings. Plenty of amenties to be able to spread out and live normal instead of feeling like I was living out of a suticase and eating out everyday. I will look to stay again when I need to come back in to town over the next several months.

Excellent place, very clean!

We were very pleased with this property. It was nice, clean and had plenty of room for my family. The location was great and neighbors were very friendly! One thing I really appreciated was that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family. Also, the selection of games was very much appreciated. My youngest and I particularly enjoyed the checkers in the loft and played several games. Location wise, it's a little outside of "downtown", but the area that the property is located is close to grocery stores and is only a few minnutes drive from the river and hot springs. If I had to complain, my only complaint was that there were no pets allowed. I did not realize this when we booked, but it's certainly possible I overlooked it. While not a huge deal, it's certainly something to be aware of if you like to travel with your pets. If that is not an issue for you, then don't hesitate to book this place!

Nice place very peaceful

Upstairs fold out bed was broken upon arrival. We had an air mattress, so it wasn’t a big deal. Absolutely pleased with the atmosphere at this condo. Peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again

Seemed clean was first impression but found dog or cat hair on spare blankets in closet, tub had mold shooting out jets and designated parking is not designated Complained to local representative but to no avail all she said was first come first serve,signs would help. Party next door and they took all parking spaces. Needs window blinds that work and are not broken. Very well stocked with essentials and views are wonderful. With minor corrections would be a 5 star rating.

Great Place! Clean, bright and great mountain and pond views!

Visiting friends for a long weekend. This place was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, bright and airy with soaring ceilings. Kids loved the loft area. Great Mountain View’s and loved watching the ducks and geese swim around the pond from the living room and patio. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy home... great views!

We enjoyed the home immensely! Close to town and well thought out! We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the ducks and horses graze around the pond and every now and then a jet landing at the Pagosa airport!! Very fun!!!

Very nice stay in Pagosa

We had a great stay here, plenty of room & space for a larger family & everything is in good condition & well maintained & close to downtown Pagosa. Only issues where shortage of hot water probably due to updated water heater needed & it seems propane tank ran out on fireplace, other than that a great place to stay! HomeAway/Vacasa needs to respond more quickly when issues are revealed.
